I have a customer for 20 years they consistently been professional ,friendly go the extra mile and always very competitive with the prices I thoroughly recommend them ,

I notified Advance Insurance about a change of circumstances regarding my motorhome insurance policy. Primarily I had placed my vehicle at a different secure storage facility. I was told the insurer would not cover the vehicle at the new location because of the postcode. Forced to cancel the policy with no refund despite 6 months remaining on the policy. My estimated loss around £200. I was then offered a policy with a different underwriter, extra cost compared with my previous policy approx £300 per annum. The following day I received another telephone call saying the new insurer wanted more details because the storage facility as it is not registered with a recognised trade body. However they would continue the policy for an additional £80 fee. At this point I decided to exercise my right to cancel the policy within the 14 day cancellation period. The policy had been in place for 72 hours maximum. Cost of cancellation after all fees, £118. Why did I cancel? I managed to get a quote from a different company using the same information for £510. This has proved to be a very expensive experience, with an estimated cost of £310 and double that had a stayed with the policy offered by Advance. Advance collected a fee at every step of the way in this bitter experience, £35 for each change request. Don’t be fooled by the helpful and knowledgeable customer service staff, they are only doing as they are trained to do. Their job is to upsell and earn fees for Advance. Be warned. I will not be using this company again.

Advance insurance agency are the brokers i usually use, they are always helpful, and try to get me the best deal possible. I dealt with Megan and she gave me a good quote for my van insurance, she was very helpful right thru the process, and so i renewed my policy with the help of Megan.

Called them for house insurance gave all my details to a male said he call back with a quote no call 3 days later called again told same thing not called again. Went to CIA insurance instead instant qoute and paperwork by email.
To the Management - you need to monitor what people like this individual are doing as they are losing you business.

There is always someone on the other end of the phone to support and guide. When a call back is requested, this is been done as expected.. They try their best to compete with your quotes from other brokers which is helpful to save some money and offer add-ons in cheaper tariff too.. Spoken to Jessica today and sorted the request in no time.. A Class service.

Called to get a quote on imported vehicle, told some one will call me back - nothing for over a week - I call again. We go through quote I’m told it’s complicated because I’m diabetic (????) was asked how many units of insulin I inject a day (???? - that depends on what I eat!) I’m told unweighted wants to know I’m well controlled….’well the DVLA says I am as they issued my most recent license after all the relevant checks with my drs’
he says tell callme back……tumbleweed….i call back and I’m told they’ll call me back…,.they NEVER call me, I wait two weeks and give up……
Specialists my backside, except in being useless, they are very special in that respect - time wasters…….not doctors!
