I contacted them when my health insurance cover was due for renewal. Spoke to an adviser and sent photos verifying my current cover. "Oh, yes, thank you for the info, I've already got some promising info for you, be in touch asap." Last I heard from him. Investigated myself and have my current health care cover organised.... Very efficiently, I may add. Would never think of using them again, for any type of insurance. However after reading some of these reviews, glad I didn't get the option.
