Renewed vehicle insurance with Meghan over the phone. It was a positive experience to something I would normally dread with insurance premiums as they were last year. I found Meghan to be friendly and easy to speak to. Insurance done for another year.

I spoke to Megan yesterday for details on renewing my car Insurance she was very sweet very caring and spent time explaining it all to me. We had to stop halfway through and she agreed to ring me back this morning 30th of January we agreed a time and she did what she said she’d do. I was very happy with her. Had a delightful chat with Megan Brown at Advance Insurance who very skillfully guided me through the process and, by virtue of her encyclopedic knowledge of the business, also managed to shave a few pounds off of last year's price! Since I abandoned the price comparison sites a few years ago, I have relied on Advance to work on my behalf to find the most suitable insurance for me at the best price possible. They are brilliantly proactive (phoning and emailing when the insurance is once again due) and take their work, and their responsibility to their client (me) very seriously. I would strongly encourage anybody who has seen their insurance premiums rise relentlessly over the years (particularly with auto-renewing polices) to call Advance to see how reassuring it feels to have experts working on your behalf.

Advance are very good at contacting you and getting the best price. Megan was friendly and efficient however not her fault but the company need to upgrade there phone lines as she couldn’t here me until she closed down the line and re started it very frustrating but as promised she kept trying. Well done Megan and thank you for trying. Advance spend some money on better equipment
