Necessitava de fazer levantamento mais urgente em espécie. Liguei para o ActivoBank norteshopping e disseram "Claro é possível ". Fiz 30km e ao balcão informam que apenas no Millenium é possível.
Falta de conhecimento do próprio trabalho.

Este Banco é uma vergonha. Se você tiver sorte ficará horas na fila. Isso se tiver sorte... Se não sequer poderá ficar na fila pela falta de senhas...

Estive no Activo Bank próximo à Casa da Música, no Porto/PT. Mes cartões estavam vencidos. O atendimento levou quase 60 minutos, com senha. Foi excelente, dirimiu minhas dúvidas, atualizei meus dados do Brasil, saí com um cartão de débito, baixei ali mesmo o app e, duas semanas depois, no Brasil, escaneei o meu IR 2022 para atualizar os dados da residência. Não tenho queixa alguma do Activo. Receberei o Visa crédito pelo Correio e enviarei Euros para a minha própria conta. É muito mais econômico. Encontrei o Wise no app do Activo. Eu tinha uma conta antiga lá e já a atualizei. Recomendo muito o Activo Bank, PT.

2 hora de pé a espera depois de mais de 10 assinaturas uma trapalhada ou porque o pc foi abaixo depois porque se esqueceu de fazer algo na ficha..qyeria abrur conta pra filha menor em meu nome com contas a positivo sem dívidas e no fim diz me daqui a semana e meia ligue pra cá pra saber se já tem cartao pra levantar..se a miuda precisa pra ir viajar ora...entao..

Preenche as minhas necessidades bancárias com a vantagem de não existirem custos.
A minha experiência online e em loja foram boas até o momento.

Maybe it's a cultural difference, but I'm simply but used to, nor tolerant of having to wait more than three hours in a queue just to do something as basic as changing my phone number on my account. This was my experience today, except that it didn't even end with my phone number changing as I had to leave after three hours of waiting due to previously arranged appointments.

Tempo de espera de quase 2 horas!! Os colaboradores parecem ter uma atitude de desprezo por quem espera tanto tempo em pé (tipo não me pagam mais para ser eficiente/rapido)...

Fui tentar abrir a conta não podiam, fui lá 4 dias seguidos e também não abriram (mesmo com marcação) no 5 dia finalmente começaram a abrir a conta (deve demorar 45min max) e dissem "1 a 2 dias e tem o seu cartão" sendo que no site diz que devem entregar na hora. 1½ semana depois ainda não tenho o cartão ou informação da conta, tento ligar e fico na linha de espera por mais de 1h, no total estou à quase 3 semanas a tentar abrir a conta e sempre dissem o mesmo "1 a 2 dias e está pronto" "inspeção da conta pode demorar até 2 dias", têm sempre uma desculpa para não fazerem o seu trabalho.

Não dou nota de 4 nem 5 estrelas. Tentei abrir conta em linha bloqueou então fui a um ponto activo neste caso Leiria. Fui atendido 5 estrelas e pessoas muito simpáticas. Tenho uma conta a ordem e só bloqueou porque quis meter o nome da minha esposa eles disseram que em linha ainda nao dava para fazer isso mas no balcão foi feito rapido. Ainda é recente por isso não me vou pronunciar mais. Mas para um banco onde há zero comissões. A ver depois esperar no mínimo 6 meses para poder dar mais uma opinião. Por enquanto tasse bem.

Infelizmente sou cliente desse banco. Evitem este banco. Péssimo atendimento ao balcão e um pesadelo para tratarem de qualquer coisa. Repito, muito mau!!

DON'T BANK WITH ACTIVOBANK - THEY ARE A SCAM!
I can't access my app and online account after the change of my phone number and they refuse to assist me to change that plus my address despite my credit and debit cards are sent to the old address AKA strangers! I have tried everything and they have discontinued their email, Skype, and any form of communications to the public. Making phone calls doesn't help either. I can't access or delete my account to get my money back as they don't care. I still have a lot of money, and they want to steal it, that's why!!!!!! I am in the process of taking legal actions against them.

I had to wait 1:30 to open a bank account. This should have alerted me on the level of service of this bank. I was told that everything was easy in case I wanted to change something. I changed my phone number and needed to make the change either in an ATM or in an agency. Knowing the time it takes to do something in their agencies, I chose to do it in an ATM. I inserted the card and the instructions being in Portuguese, I took time to find the path to change my phone number so the ATM ate it. The customer service told me that I need to get a new card as the ATM was not in a bank and assured me (calls recorded) that I'd be able to do all the operations I need once I get my new card. I went to the agency the next day to get a card (could have been received home but they were incompetent to the point that they were not able to record my address when we signed the contract), it took 1 hour and they said that everything was OK. The same day, a few hours later, I try to make a transfer to my landlord (the monthly rent) and it's refused. I call the customer service who tell me that for security reasons regarding a change of phone number, transfers are blocked for 24h (I was embarrassed for them as the changes were made in the agency with agents, so they don't trust themselves?). The agent then told me that I'll go through a 3 steps process. I went through the process and the same day, I was told that everything is ok, I can do any operation I want (calls recorded). A few hours later, I try to do the transfer again and it's not working. I call the CS who tells me that I need to wait until the end of the day and that I will be able to make the transfer on the same day. A few hours later, still not working, I call again and they tell me: at midnight it will be possible. Midnight and the day after it's still not possible. I call the CS (Apparently my time has no value) and they tell me: yes that's normal! it can take up to 72 hours. I moved from "it's solved" to "it can take 72 hours". Funniest thing in this story is that there's money and I'm blocked for a phone number change that THEY managed IN the agency. If you have other options, consider them, they are not an online bank (I have wise which I consider an online bank) and they don't have the skills to be a "physical bank".

Banco sem noção de mínimo de respeito pelos clientes. Uma vergonha ter colaboradores que acham que tratam os clientes insultando-os.

The customer service is tragic. I couldn't open an account online, because I am an EU national but not Portuguese. So I went to Cascais Shopping branch equipped with my passport, nif, contract (digital version as my Big Tech employer doesn't issue wet signature paper contacts) and proof of address.
The wait was 1 hr and 10 minutes. Standing. There is no seating or waiting time available. By the time my ticket arrived, 7 account tickets before me (seven!!) gave up. So the queue went from a16 straight to my a24.
The process took another hour. Standing.
I needed to produce "surprise" additional docs: namely also my payslips and residency.
The card needs to be picked up in person. So all the same process needs to be repeated.
Nobody apologized for the wait time of the "modified" account opening process.
I'm no longer sure I will actually use my account, because of such poor experience. I just feel closing this account will equally be a pain in the neck. So easier to keep it open for now.

Na loja do ActivoBank precisa dispor de MUITO TEMPO E MUITA PACIENCIA para concluir uma operação. Um dia para abir a conta corrente

Para mim a melhor opção actualmente em Portugal!

I've been trying to change my post address and my tax address from my account for a few months and so far they haven't managed to do it. Even though I've provided them with the all legal documentation.

I've tried through all communication channels, AB contact, phone, app, web, etc. Unfortunately because of this, I'm considering to change to another bank.

Pior banco, não servem para nada a não ser fazer depósitos e saques.
Se fores estrangeiro e precisares de algo, esquece. São extremamente rudes no atendimento, usam os cartões de cidadão como forma de não fazerem financiamento o que mais parece outra coisa.

Waited for more than an hour in line and got refused to open an account due to some made up rules. I’m a citizen of Ukraine and here in Portugal under temporary protection. I have NIF and rental contract, all my friends were able to open bank accounts with the same documents, but not me. They said I have to have a document confirming I’m under the protection here. I have 2 documents saying that me is under temporary protection. Will recommend to avoid this bank, poor service, careless and unprofessional clerks.

Horrible costumer assistance bank. Support people with little or non information about basic questions on their products and how to overcome an issue with your money or international transfers. Even when they are presented with a simple solution for the problem, they don't want to help you. They say they are following the guidelines even after they recognise they are wrong and are not helpful. They promise you everything, and everything is fine, until you have a prob. Then they show their true colours: they just want your money and if they have to block access to your own money and leave you to starve because you dont have any other bank account in the country, they dont care! They really need to learn from the north european countries and their bank policies!
