Friendly, effective and efficient service
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and highly effective service I experienced with Active Quote.
Max was a pleasure to deal with. He was to the point, told me exactly how long the process would take and stuck to that promise, was clear in his explanations, and found me a more comprehensive deal at a lower price (25% lower!) than the price comparison website.

Very Impressive! Lizzy Ware, the ActiveQuote representative, was incredibly helpful and ultra-efficient. My existing Health Insurance was due to renew but with a higher premium (despite never claiming) so called ActiveQuote as the broker and was quickly taken through the questions and supplied with a cheaper but more appropriate quote, which I accepted.Fast (the entire phone call lasted a mere 16 minutes) and painless. Great service.

I have been dealing with Mark who has been exceptionally helpful in assisting me with making the right choice for my private health. Mark has been patient and extremely knowledgeable in providing me with the information I needed. Switching health care providers, together with all the medical and technical jargon involved can, at times, be exhausting and stressful but Mark has taken the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was fully aware and understanding of the new policy conditions. I am more than happy with the service I have received from Mark. He has been so pleasant to deal with and has not been pushy to close a deal. He has made sure I have made the right decision in my own time. I would definitely recommend Mark to friends and family should they need to speak to someone about a policy.

I went into this knowing nothing about private medical insurance and probably asked far too many questions! Howard couldn’t have been more patient. He took the time to explain how everything works, what actually matters and what doesn’t, and helped me feel confident in my decision. No pressure, no hard sell, just clear and honest advice. Alex Seaton of ActiveQuote was recommended to me by a friend after my previous health insurer had quoted a massive renewal premium. Alex was very thorough in his assessment and analysis of the cover we really needed and recommended a policy with a very reputable company at a third of the price we had previously been asked for. He dealt with our new policy quickly and efficiently and his admin and other support was also first class. Very happy indeed with the service.
