Terrible customer service
I received an email following my quote that someone would be in touch or I would received mail within 5 working days. A month when by and I heard nothing. I then got a phone call where the caller didn’t disclose who they were or where they were calling from and got my name wrong. I explained I was at work and could speak. They advised they would call back later. Unfortunately I missed that call as I was on the phone. I the received an email stating that as they couldn’t contact me they were processing my application without discussion. Completely unacceptable communication after one phone call!

Daniel Ahmed my adviser for active quote was very helpful from start to finish, Private medical health can be a minefield for getting covered for what is important to yourselves and Daniel explained on the choices we have to customise the policy to our exact requirements so we are not paying for anything we cant use.

I dealt with Michael Rix, who was fantastic at explaining everything to me. He was also very friendly and approachable. He got me the best price for my policy and, thankfully, stopped me from purchasing one directly from a 3rd party, which would have been of no benefit to me.
