Tried it for 3 months. Did not work at all. Called to cancel to ensure the subscription was not renewed. I was told it was canceled. A month later I am charged $289 for a new 3-month subscription. They charged me, processed the order, and shipped between 1-3 am on a Saturday morning. Very convenient considering few are awake to dispute a charge that early. Oh, by the way, zero customer service on the weekends. I then asked for a return authorization as I would ship the package unopened back to them. Well, they don’t refund or accept returns. Lastly, be very careful if you have food allergies. This product contains mango. Good luck! I don’t believe this is a reputable company and most legitimate reviews agree.

I was charged $400 for a subscription with no reminder email. When I tried to cancel immediately after seeing the charge, I was forced to navigate through multiple web pages. The cancellation process was intentionally difficult, which violates federal laws against deceptive business practices. Product does not work either.

Definitely felt like I got duped into buying the product after seeing ads for months on my Instagram and only seeing positive reviews at first glance and of course, the influenced by the three month supply versus just the first month had I known the refund policy would be so stingy I would’ve paused and practice more caution I’m upset because I had a reaction to the product and they only refunded me for a one month supply even though I paid nearly $300 for a three month supply - so I hope they enjoy keeping my hard-earned money. Deeplydisappointed with their customer service for sure. Do not recommend.

I tried the WLP-1 for a couple months on subscription (which was very expensive) and it did nothing. When I tried to return the 3rd unopened shipment, which I thought would be no issue since they have a money back guarantee, I was told no guarantee on subscription orders. Only on first orders. They advise you try it for several months which contradicts the money back guarantee policy (which is not clearly advertised)
Avoid this gimmick for weight loss. Does not work!

Useless product did nothing!
