This company may have good prices
This company may have good prices, but they are terrible at their customer service. I tried to reach out to them several times. Nobody answers the phone. I sent a message through my profile. Nobody response. My shipment is delayed. They take the money out of the bank, but they don’t send anything over. I’m already delayed in my medication. I am extremely frustrated.

First, we are consistently one of the highest-rated GLP-1 telehealth providers for customer service, with a 4.8 rating across thousands of patients. We encourage anyone reading this to look at the reviews above and below — the overwhelming majority reflect responsive support, fast shipping, and positive experiences.
Second, regarding communication: our records show no ongoing outreach through the patient portal or phone, and a single email sent at 9:08 PM on a Friday night ( 1 hour ago ). While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, messages sent outside standard hours are addressed in the next service window. That does not mean your request is being ignored.
Third, your prescription was up for renewal 48 hours ago and is currently in shipping, which is why you are seeing movement now. We follow a structured refill and fulfillment process to ensure continuity of care.
We are a legitimate, high-volume telehealth platform serving tens of thousands of patients, and we do not take money without fulfilling orders. If there is any confusion around timing or status, our team will review it and address it promptly.
Someone from our team will follow up with you during normal service hours to ensure everything is handled properly.

WellMedr is TOP NOTCH...
WellMedr is absolutely incredible and no other GLP-1 provider compares. Customer service is prompt, reliable, efficient and professional. For anyone who is considering trying GLP-1 meds, I recommend WellMedr. The first company I tried ordering GLP meds from was a nightmare. I was given the run around with prescription, errors, shipment, delays, lack of customer service after I was charged $497. So, believe me when I say THIS IS THE BEST BEST COMPANY, HANDS DOWN!

Week 5: I had some questions about dosing schedule and titration rate. I had written a couple of emails and while I was given good advice I was still confused about the protocol.
I called today instead of emailing. An automated operator answered and I hung up deciding to write another email.
Before I could open the mail app Candy called me back and answered all of my questions clearly. She was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I fully understood the process. I’ve never dealt with their customer service on the phone. She is great. I can still wholeheartedly recommend this company for all your GLP-1 needs.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of the medication, as am a complete newbie to the program.
What I can comment on is customer service. I had a number of questions which I plugged into my patient portal, and answers were quick and clear. Brilliant!

Don't debate about it
This is really life changing..I started at 200 lbs and it's been 3 weeks and I'm down to 189 lbs .
I was so very skeptical of this but let me tell you I'm sorry that I didn't start sooner.For those of you who also go back and forth with yourself,don't just go for it the company is phenomenal and the gentleman Rob that I spoke with was amazing..He was very helpful and full of information..he also helped with the app to keep tabs on yourself ..I love it would give 10 stars if I could 💖

Great experience
I have had nothing but great experiences with Wellmedr. There was a mistake made where I was double charged for my 2nd month, but I reached out and in the same day, Nichole had it all handled for me and the duplicate payment was refunded. I do still wish the website was a little more user friendly but considering the company I left because of hidden increased charges has no site at all, I'm happy and seeing results.

I have had an amazing experience so far.I have been with WellMedr. for one month tomorrow and it has been wonderful I have had zero side effects and I have lost 6 pounds so far I haven’t checked the scale since last week so it might be more. They have answered all of the many questions that I have had for them and remain very patient with me I just ordered My 2nd month supply and the price remains the same. I will definitely continue to go through Wellmedr for sure and if you’re thinking about it, just do it. It’s definitely worth it and a great price.
