Ordered a taxi and told it would be with us in 15 minutes. Called up after 15 minutes sitting in cold outside Weston library. No taxi . Asked where it was to be told they hadn’t ordered it but would send one our way in 5 minutes. Not impressed. Used to be reliable when last in Oxford. Pity

Cheap, cheap, not robbing us all!

I ordered a 6-seat minibus taxi last week & last night via the App. They sent a 3-seat car each time. I even called their office hours in advance to double-confirm I wanted a 6-seat minibus, and they said they would. They ruined my Friday night evening out in Oxford.

They are not one star but I needed their attention. I booked a trip to Gatwick easily, the car was on time, clean and the driver was lovely. When we got to Gatwick there was some confusion. The driver was convinced I'd prepaid, but I wasn't. I ended up walking into the airport without paying thinking I will check with 001. I text, emailed and phoned. I spoke to several people many times on hold, payment over the phone for some reason was too complex but they said they would send a payment link but they only sent review links like this one. Now I'm abroad and still attempting to rectify. It's almost like they don't want my cash, but I feel awful for the driver! 001 taxi. You have my mobile number and email address or can contact me via the app... I'd like to pay please!

I was overcharged on a travel I used to to do and there customers services was not responding. Watch out to your driver some are real scam

Despite their website highlighting concern for Customer Safety and quoting 'Our customer service team are always happy to discuss your 001 experience with you. We take your critique seriously. We love your feedback. We welcome any suggestions and will always do everything in our power to improve our service whenever and wherever we can' they refuse to respond to a complaint sent four times through 4 different methods. Refusal to respond to the aggressive behaviour of a driver is concerning.

Driver was friendly and was knowledgeable of the best route to take in the morning. Highly recommend him.

I had a really lovely driver to take me to my hospital appointment for surgery and he was super friendly and I felt quite relaxed by the time I got there! He was prompt (early!) and had a nice clean car.

I use 001 when I go to Oxford which is usually monthly. They have proved reliable and the pricing is both honest and transparent. Drivers are usually chatty and I find ideal to chat about current topics. Only gripe would be the app isn't always cooperative or that accurate re pick up. However the app does make the money side easy and you can print receipts if you're having to do expense claims. All in all seem a good firm and I would recommend them.

The driver was waiting for me even a few minutes of the time I booked the taxi. He was diligent and respectful.
