We had an excellent journey home with Jason from Skyline, who collected the three of us from Heathrow Terminal 4 after our return from Japan.

Jason was friendly, professional and welcoming, which was particularly appreciated after such a long journey. He helped us with all our luggage, the vehicle was comfortable and spacious, and the drive back to Milton Keynes was smooth and relaxing.

We also really enjoyed chatting with Jason during the journey home. It was lovely having such a friendly and enjoyable conversation along the way, and it made the journey pass very quickly.

Everything went exactly as you would hope from an airport transfer, and it was a lovely, stress-free way to finish our holiday.

Thank you, Jason, for getting us and all our luggage safely home! We would happily travel with you again and highly recommend both Jason and Skyline. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As soon as we landed, our driver, Jason Kirwood, texted us to confirm that he was on his way and let us know where to meet him. He arrived on time and helped us with our luggage\. The car was very clean and comfortable.

Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely request Jason’s services again for our next trip.

I'm new to Wellingborough and I have used this company several times locally and it is being great. Plus cheaper than Uber.

I would like to inform you that your telephone operator was extremely rude during a call today, 29/08/2026, at around 14:30. He was yelling at my friend and me, asking, "Can you not understand English?", despite his own spoken English being difficult to understand.

He appeared to hold deeply disrespectful attitudes toward women. Such behaviour has no place in the UK, nor does it belong in any customer-facing role. Someone displaying this level of misconduct and lack of interpersonal skills should not be working on your customer service lines.

On behalf of my friend and myself, I am expressing my strong anger and disappointment regarding this employee's unruly conduct, which included hanging up on us repeatedly. I expect this matter to be investigated and addressed immediately.

Jason was fantastic and put our minds at ease, great communication. The car was very clean and tidy and felt a premium service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our service into Milton Keynes from Winslow was on time and the driver was great. He suggested a pick up point from the Bowl so we booked our return trip from there. It did not turn up. The phone line was not answered. The app just kept saying the taxi was on its way. We finally managed to flag down a skyline driver an hour later who knew nothing about our booking but very kindly took us back to Winslow. He was lovely, but the journey cost us double what we had it booked for. Thank goodness I didn't pay in advance. The following day I checked my app again and there was a time stamp against the booking of an hour and a half late, presumably when it finally turned up. TERRIBLE service to allow bookings you have no intention of honoring.

Jason kirkwood driver 630 has a luxurious people carrier and is exceptionally friendly. He will be my go to driver from now on at skyline

Has consistently kept to time and cars are very clean. Driver is very professional and drives carefully.

We pre-booked a Skyline taxi for 23:15 specifically so that we had transport arranged after an event. It simply did not arrive.

After waiting for an hour, we called Skyline and were told it would be “another 20 minutes”. With no taxi appearing, we eventually managed to flag down another taxi ourselves, costing us £45 more than our pre-booked journey.

What was particularly concerning was discovering that approximately 40 other people waiting in the same area had also pre-booked taxis with Skyline and were experiencing the same problem. People were left standing outside in the cold late at night despite believing they had confirmed transport home.

Even more incredibly, around 10 minutes after we had given up and left in another taxi, I called Skyline again to ask where our booked car was. I was still told it would be 20 minutes. Had that estimate been accurate, our pre-booked taxi would have arrived around 1 hour 40 minutes after the agreed booking time.

A pre-booking should mean something. If an operator does not have sufficient vehicles or drivers to fulfil bookings, it should not continue accepting them and leave customers stranded late at night.

This wasn’t simply a taxi being a few minutes late. Based on what we witnessed, a large number of confirmed bookings were apparently accepted that Skyline was unable to fulfil.

I consider this completely unacceptable and potentially a passenger-safety issue, particularly when people rely on a pre-booked vehicle to get home safely at night.

I will be submitting a formal complaint to Bedford Borough Council’s Taxi & Private Hire Licensing team and providing details of what happened, including the booking and the number of other passengers apparently affected.

I would strongly advise anyone relying on Skyline for an important late-night journey to think very carefully before assuming that a confirmed pre-booking means a vehicle will actually arrive.

Picked up from Luton airport by Jason (Driver 630). Great communication and really prompt even though we were delayed he adjusted the time and was ready to go.

Fantastic spacious 8 seater electric vehicle. Took our luggage easily and is super comfy and quiet.
