I found the service of highest standards, calls were answered promptly, they would always call back when noticed a missed call- e.g I called Saturday and thought they were closed but got call back that same day. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very accommodating, items leased easily with the staff help, delivery arranged quickly to meet my deadline, items of high quality, price competitive.

Was so easy to hire the wheelchair I needed. Cost was great to. Even when I had a problem a simple call sorted things out. Would recommend to anyone.

A Google search lead me to Wuva as I wanted to rent a saxophone. The ordering process was easy, and there was a slight hiccup in the verification process which was sorted in one phone call. Full of confidence to deal with them in the future.

We hired a buggy to see if it suited our needs; having used it for a few months we opted to buy it. A really good experience provided throughout by Wuva.

Whilst the DPD delivery service was spectacularly poor, this was outside WUVA's direct control. WUVAa's customer service was excellent in trying to solve the problem, with regular communications and chasing on my behalf. I would recommend them on this basis alone as they show a genuine intention to deliver great customer service.

10/10 customer service. I put down the incorrect email address when ordering which can cause a headache but the customer service team helped get it sorted and answered all my emails promptly! The bike I ordered arrived quickly and it’s a great service! Would highly recommend

Great overall experience - excellent bikes (both arrived brand new in their boxes), smooth and friendly communication, and quick delivery and return.

We first rented a Squish 18 and later a Woom 4. I only wish I’d discovered Wuva sooner, as my son used to outgrow bikes and switch sizes twice a year.

Excellent bike, carefully packed with clear instructions for set-up. Customer services team was responsive and friendly, when I reached out to enquire delivery date.

Woom bike is well-made and super easy for my daughter to handle. The monthly rental fee is also reasonable given the RRP of the bike.

Try to rent a bike twice now, both time it says unable to accept your rental order, no specific reason as to why. Very strange experience to say at the least.

We’re on our second bike with Wuva. The service has been great and the quality of the bikes are excellent. When we’ve had a maintenance issue the team have helped resolve it within 24hrs. Customer service and communication has always been great. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with our brand new bike. It was a really good idea to use the woom go 3 as a balance bike, just attach the pedals with your hands when ready, no tools needed. My son learned to pedal the same day he started to use it.

We leased a bike for our daughter through Wuva. There were a few communication issues at the start, but these were quickly resolved, and since then the experience has been excellent. The bike is great quality, and my daughter loves it. We’ll definitely continue to use Wuva when she’s ready for her next size up!

Fantastic bike range, my son absolutely loves his Woom bike which we got him back in April and so great to have the flexibility to change the bike as he grows without having to make multiple expensive purchases. The Wuva team comms has been brilliant arranging delivery of bike etc.

Wuva has been a great service to use to help my son learn to ride his first bike. We rented a Woom bike which costs over £400 new. He used it for 7 months so the cost per month was very reasonable as we knew he would grow out of it fairly quickly after learning to ride. Renting saved us from depreciation and the hassle of selling a used bike.

The team at Wuva is small enough to really care about its customers and I received excellent service from both James and Matthew. Thank you!

Unfortunately Wuva didn’t have the type of bike we wanted for my son’s next ride, so we were not able to continue our business, but I’m sure we can do something again in the future with Wuva.
