I was holding off writing a review as I wanted to see how good the off hire process was.
Unfortunately it's the same as the hire process; long delays to the mobility scooter being delivered at 7 days after the advised delivery date. We used them because we needed one urgently after my partner had a cancer operation. They did give a part refund but it wasn't about the money it was the customer service.

They seem to be intentionally making it difficult to off hire and have now gone silent.

Its is weeks and weeks sinc e I returned a non suitable powered chair.First it was faulty, then we decided its wasnt what we actually wanted so returned it. Now they are saying that they are sending me some sort of scooter which I have not ordered because they talked me into having the powered chair instead. They really need to get their act together.

I'm updating my original review now that my wheelchair has arrived.

I originally left a negative review because I couldn't get a response to my emails or WhatsApp messages and genuinely thought I'd been scammed. It turns out the WhatsApp number in the email I received was out of date, which the company has now told me has been fixed.

I'm pleased to say my wheelchair has now arrived as promised. The whole experience was stressful because of the communication issues, but I'm happy to update my review now that everything has been resolved.

The chair arrived safely, and I'm looking forward to using it. Thank you for resolving the issue.

Can only give negative they don’t respond to emails, whats app etc can’t verify I.D as it don’t allow they toke the money an ran now?

I needed a light weight wheelchair for a short period and needed to get a support for my foot. I had a few questions and queries and needed to speak to someone and spoke to Lauren who went above and beyond, she was extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend this company.

We have received exceptional customer service from Wuva, and cannot rate them highly enough. When the refurbished hoist we'd purchased was damaged in transit, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a brand new one in time to take on holiday with us. Communication, kindness, and empathy was delivered throughout. Thank you.

From ordering to getting my mobility scooter delivered.kept in contact all the way through guys who delivered it built it up and tested it for me.And the prices compared to others I have looked at were very competitive so I would highly recommend.

The entire team were so helpful. I needed an electric wheelchair within a specified period of time. They pushed my order through and delivered next day. The driver was brilliant demonstrated the chair and was very patient and helpful. Definitely would recommend them really happy.

After searching to hire an electric wheelchair, I found this company to be reasonable affordable.
Fom start to finish they kept me updated on delivery, customer service is amazing with quick responses to my questions. I cant praise them enough

I love the fact that you can hire a wheelchair for only £22 a month. The delivery is fast the process is quick and for a wheel chair its very stylish

Fantastic experience, bought a used bike, came almost new. I was a little worried that it would not come on time for my daughters birthday this weekend, but the customer service not only replied and guaranteed arrival on Friday, but also promised to send an uber delivery Saturday morning should anything happen. Great service, will be back!

It was great to be able to set up a simple rental plan for a musical instrument. There were some technical issues which I had to telephone customer support to deal with but these were handled promptly.

I was looking to rent an electric mobility scooter and found wuva online they have a good selection of scooters and a lot of other mobility aids too at good prices the process of renting a new scooter was very easy and took only a few minutes it was delivered direct from their suppliers in good packaging and within 3 days I have already bought another item from them and they will be my go to for aids in the future

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’ve advised on the correct bike and ensured it got delivered just in time for our daughters birthday. My 4 year old is over the moon with her new pink Woom 3 bike. Super happy! Thank you!

I am updating the original review below to say that over two weeks later I still don't have a refund for this despite emailing customer services multiple times. Today I have had an email saying the second payment is going to be taken too despite never recieving the wheelchair and having confirmation is it was never delivered form the third party supplier. Not a very good experience and I'm still out of pocket!!!

I needed to hire an electric wheelchair to take my children to school after an injury. After an initial problem with the subscription documents, which was sorted very promptly, I doubled checked it would arrive in the 3-5 working days that was listed as I needed it by a certain time. Unfortunately, after 6 working days I still haven't had a delivery date and had to hire elsewhere. I have asked to cancel my subscription for a refund and am sure this will be done soon. A fantastic concept and products but unfortunately unless delivery improves its not a reliable service if you need an item quickly.

So we got a subscription for a bike for our 6 year old just before the half term. There was a delay by a week, understandably due to demand. However, the 5-star goes to the effort made to get us our bike just before we went on our Cotswolds trip. A life saver and why I felt compelled to leave a good review. Thank you, Wuva!
