The Kit came through as promised in a timely fashion at a great price, the only issue is the disconnect from point of order to confimation of dispatch so that you know that it is on its way. Always a concern when using a seller across the other side of the world for the first time!

I needed a different size and the team offered me options for exchange. Requested and received new product quickly. Very helpful representative.

Laut den Bildern zum Produkt war ein Suit dargestellt. In der Beschreibung stand natürlich Trikot und Hose drin 🫣.
Allerdings finde ich es schade das auf den Bildern nicht das Produkt gezeigt wird, welches auch zum Verkauf steht. Da das abgebildete Design ebenfalls anders ist.

Zum Glück passt die Hose ganz gut, das Trikot ist etwas flatterig.

Für die Runden um den Block wird es reichen.

I have tried multiple times to contact Wulibike for an exchange. I ordered a bike jersey/short kit - the shorts were very big (not according to their measurements) and the jersey was way too small - no human would be those proportions. I sent a message on their website, I replied to confirmation of delivery e-mails, I have e-mailed their customer service department, I have clicked on exchange through the confirmation e-mail. Nothing seems to work and no replies have been made. I am not sure exchanges are possible or if there is even a customer service. The sizing is problematic - no way someone’s legs/hips are that big and torso/chest are that small.

Wulibike was so easy to work with! They took my ideas and brought them to life better than expected! The fit and material is high quality. Will definitely order again. Everyone in my cycling group is pleased with the jerseys. They look, feel, and for great. Thanks Wulibike!

I had ordered a combo of jersey and pants And an extra jersey but they were not de size for me ! I then scan the barcode a send a message some one reply and told me that they where going to fix that he asked me to just send end extra 15 .00 dollars for the shipping and until now I haven’t received nothing this is the original order number 111-7164081-924187and 111-8436852-1309803

Very great service, good materials, fast communication, fast delivery

I bought long sleeves thermal jerseys. Website showed fitted sleeves. Mine were so baggy, I could fit 2 arms through them. Seller refused to accept returns/exchange stating that items were purchased on sale. Their return policy is so badly written (see website).

Brilliant customer service after the initial size sent proved too small. New size sent out for just the cost of the postage (£8) and allowed to keep the original purchase. Now gifted on to a smaller person!

Website did not indicate the item I ordered was not in stock. After a week or so of not hearing from them, I contacted the seller about my order. Only then was I informed the item was out of stock. They offered to send a similar item, which I accepted. Why did your website allow a customer to order an out of stock item and why was I not contacted about the item being out of stock? Very poor customer service.
