I waited for 2 weeks for a response to my email and the company then reported they could not accept a return item. I am disappointed and will not be buying from this vendor. I need to make sure if something I buy does not fit, I can return it. Their return policy is unacceptable.

Don't be fooled
I ordered 4 items. They don't fit as pictured. The shorts I ordered have a thin elastic band in the waist for example. I am a gym bod UK 8 and ordered S in everything. Some of which I would say are extra small. Then the returns process is long and expensive for the customer. I contacted Sfigure and they offered me 50% off ordering MORE items but wouldn't offer the same as a refund.

Best quality for gym clothes
Every time i need gym clothes, I buy from Sfigure. Quality and price are both the best in the industry. No more ripped leggings between thighs. No more gym bras that are same style different colour. I have so many options for anything i need. Loving it!

I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering from here. Horrible and deceptive return policy/customer service in regards to the 30 day refund. Items ordered didn’t fit and they want me to keep them and discount the new sizes I need. They want me to mail back and pay for shipping which I’m fine in general with but it’s in China so it will cost more than the actual items and they state they will then refuse it if customs fees are added.

If you purchase anything and you’re not happy with it , they will not give you a refund.
They only offer you 50% of next purchase. Never had this trouble with any active wear website. I’ll never order another thing of them.

Material was very uncomfortable and…
Material was very uncomfortable and size too tight. When I requested a return as thier policy states was told it was too expensive to ship back. They wanted to give me a discount another purchase. Why would I want to buy something else that I do not like? The partial refund option they gave me was a whopping 10%.
Do not oder from them! Order on Amazon that way you can return if you do kot like or doesn't fit!
