Wrong Weather right season!!
Wrong Weather right season!!! Five stars!! My first order with them and I am happy I took a chance. I ordered a bag from them and i am happy with my purchase. It was 30% cheaper, authentic!!! The shipping was super fast, great communication. I got updated tracking information prior to delivery. And per their website…THEY DO SHIP OUT after one business day!! I cannot speak on their returns process, but for now, their shipping/handling/ delivery process gets five stars from me. Thanks again and will shop again!!!

Very good shop and super fast shipping. One day shipping to Sweden. Customer Service is also really helpful and great!
I see that people is complaining about import fees. Is it first time people shop online? You always need to pay import fees if you are outside EU and this is your own responsibility, not the shops. How can this be the shops fault? Clearly people shouldn't shop online or they should maybe go back to school to learn how it works with VAT, Taxes, Import fees.
I will definitely buy from them again :)

The purchase process do have a hiccup but was promptly solved by WW. The package came super fast, paid the incoming taxes and viola, its here at the doorstep. Shoes were fine except for a faint scuff(acceptable since it's white) and not the elaborated packaging for this series. All in all, a good experience and good price for sure. Thanks.

Only good experiences with WW. They have my favorite brand (Y-3) as a couple of other websites do. Bought multiple items over the years. And, as they say on their website, no import duty if you live in Europa.

One of the most disgusting fashion…
One of the most disappointing fashion retailing websites for shopping clothes. After purchasing and subscribing it 3 days later, immediately send a discount promotion code, completely useless. Besides, it does not calculate import taxation at all, which means cheap price in checkout but extremely expensive at the end if considering random taxation charges from local.
By the way, never seen any of fashion retaining sites could charge international shipping fee up to 70 Euro, which is insanely high.

Regarding the cupon code discount: at this time the majority of webshops provide cupon code discount. As you have proceded a puchase before, you must understand that is a common occurence due sales season and we cannot take responsability on that matter.
About the duty taxes I'm afraid we don't have to mention or calculate any import taxation since we stated in our website policies the folowing:
"Wrong Weather would like to remind our non-EU customers that the 23% Value Added Tax is not applicable on their orders. Prices displayed in US Dollars ($) do not include 23% VAT.
If you are placing your order from outside the EU, local import duties may be charged when the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding customs policies and import duties."

I inform that we send our orders by DHL express shipping. This is the best shipping option also the fastest to provide the best delivery service to our customers. Considering our shop is located in Portugal it is in fact expensive to ship with this service to any part of Asia. However, At the time of the purchase you have agreed in paying those costs, otherwise I am sure you wouldn't proceed with the purchase.
I am sorry if you somehow find this disappointing but from our side we are clear regarding our policies.

Wanted to return some shoes, followed the instructions on the website. Wrote them 3 times and got no response. Called the Customerservice 3 times and nobody picked up. Now the 2 weeks are over and I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit.

Not a serious website
My daughter bought a sweater for her boyfriend which was actually quite expensive. Before she paid, it was stated on the order that VAT was included.(when she tries the same now it no longer says that VAT is included)
She has been in contact with customer service several times, but is told that this is not true. She even took screenshots of the order before she paid, stating that VAT is included. VAT invoice of more than 50% of the purchase price came after the package was received. This is not a serious website. We will take the matter further with the Consumer Council, if they do not sort it out as soon as possible.

My best e-shop experience
Amazing daleivery time , quality of product & sale price!

Product ordered but not received
Hello,
I ordered (order number : #143502) on their website on the 22/07/2021 when I was in vacation, when I came back from the vacation, I saw on the tracking that the package was delivered at my local up point, and was picked up at my name (this is impossible because I was in vacation in south of France when I see the hour that the package was picked up and I live in north of France there is something like 1200km difference between south and north of France), so I contacted them, they firstly responded me pretty fast (something like around 4hours) to say that they have a proof of receipt at my name (thing that I repeat impossible and I can proove it) , so I replied them and now it's been 4 days that they don't respond to me,
I really feel like they don't want to help me, this is a very expensive order for me and there is a gift for my friend in, and i'm really stressed about the issue of this.
This review can be edited in the future if they finally take my case seriously.

Literally great
I stumbled across the shop by accident on Google while I was searching for a particular pair of jeans. The selection they offer is great and the package was literally here in one day — from Portugal to NYC! The only question I have: why didn’t I order here before?! Will definitely come back to shop!

Make it apparent before making purchases that you will have to pay for customs fees only after receiving the the bill for the import fees am I finding this out it shows terrible service and trying to resolve this matter the lack of communication is terrible after being on hold for 20 mins I expect this matter to be resolved immediately!!!!

Also, please note that all our shipping and delivery procedures and charges are clearly stated on our website policies, highlighted on our footer: https://www.wrongweather.net/information/payment-delivery-returns. This is a standard procedure for all e-commerce websites that provide worldwide shipping: for international clients, VAT is deducted directly from their order at the time of purchase, but local custom taxes may apply (which are not under our control), once the order reaches its country of destination.
Furthermore, we included 2 additional banners at checkout for UK customers explicitly mentioning that due to Brexit additional custom taxes could be charged. We can't quite understand how you didn't see those as they are clearly marked in red lettering.
