I mentioned in my first review that I would write again upon completion and publishing of my book. I initially worked with Vincent then Harry joined the team. Both of them had excellent communication skills and kept everything going smoothly. Were there wrinkles? Yes, there is no such thing as perfection...but that was to be expected and they bent over backwards to get done what I requested. I am very happy with the outcome and they have started to work on marketing along with a third team member, Janet, with their excellent skills. I am so happy to have a successful outcome!

I will give Harry 5 stars. He was able to save the publishing company's communication issues that almost tanked this project. Harry is an outstanding worker and keeps in contact with you at all times. He is conscientious and fantastic about double checking. Harry deserves a raise for the work he put in. As for the company itself, I would give them 3 stars at best. This project was a cluster of miscommunication from the start. Ask for pictures of the product at each step. When they talk about the paper, ask for pictures of what you are getting. When they do the bookcover, ask for pictures! Seriously, Harry saved the company from me pulling the project and getting a refund. I would be happy to work with Harry again. The project was supposed to be finished by Christmas. We are finally at the point where we are waiting to hear back from the Library of Congress. Harry saved this project.

I am working with Harry..I like that communication is at least weekly…and that my ideas of aspects of my book are seriously considered..It is important that I am heard in trying to get my books message across to who will eventually benefit from its content…very cordial in our conversations…

I found Writercosmos by accident and at first, I wasn't sure about the company, especially to evaluate and publish my manuscript, but everyone I spoke with were extremely helpful, encouraging, and went out of their way to get my project published to my satisfaction. Harry Clifford is wonderful, listening to my suggestions, giving me feedback on the series project, marketing strategies, etc. and listens and provides answers to my many questions and concerns. The services they provide is outstanding, especially since I sent in a 205,000 word manuscript. Though my manuscript only required minor editing, their service provided valuable suggestions and I was allowed to accept or reject any changes until I was satisfied with the end result. With their advice, we've broken the manuscript into an ongoing series. Without the team, especially Harry Clifford, I'd be a nervous wreck and impatient client since there is so much that is required to get everything completed. Harry has paved the way to smooth publishing, taking their service to the fullest to provide an easy transition from raw material to a published book series. Writercosmos is a growing company, offering services that other companies I researched did not offer before I finally chose Writercosmos. I highly recommend Writercosmos and their wonderful crew, especially Harry, who has become a sincere telephone friend, always helpful, and professional every time I communicate with him.

My entire experience with Writercosmos has been a success and remarkable during every touch point. My biggest dreams come true, which was to be a first-time published author. Harry was very helpful along with Vincent sharing with me the best next steps. I appreciate their honesty looking forward to the next book project.

The staff at Cosmos is courteous, well organized and very helpful with suggestions on formatting my Aunt's book to make it look polished and professional. I needed help formatting my parents' autobiographies in order to get them ready for publishing. I contacted WriterCosmos and they took the project on for me.
