The organization was honest in addressing an issue with a problem I had in the review process and addressed it immediately once brought to their attention. Once resources were corrected the people assigned to my project were sensitive to my concerns and were committed to completing the remaining steps. What appeared to be a rocky start to my first project the end result was satisfying to the point I wanted to continue the relationship with my second project.

This experience has been an eye-opening and rewarding one. I was very naive to think I could self-publish a book and sales would go through the roof! After understanding that wasn't the case, I researched publishers and signed on with Writercosmos. Through the months that followed, they reviewed my book, tightening any lose ends I hadn't noticed. Any time I had a different take on some aspect of the process, Janet Millar would always get back to me in a timely fashion. Her efforts, along with the graphics department, were always genuine and helpful. My thoughts were always paramount in her mind, and that was very important to me. They also created an advertising campaign and a video, all in an effort to introduce this to as many viewers as possible. I subsequently hired them to market my book and look forward to seeing how it plays out. This company provides what they advertise. Vincent Layton and Janet Millar have always had my back, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the most exposure for their books. A great company, and a very positive experience!

My experience has been great because of the skill in publishing, and polite feedback that this company possesses. Whenever I had a problem with my data, they gave me information on how to solve it. Each of the areas that need to be professionally ready for publishing has been checked and rechecked. I feel confident in the correctness of publishing my books with them. They have been doing this continually for many years. They are the experts.

Writercosmos produced a well-crafted finished book with solid binding. I was much impressed with the finished product. Janet Millar was my pre-press contact and she always answered my emails promptly and thoughtfully.

There was a complete lack of communication between the initial chat on the website and the actual team I worked with.
The service I signed up for wasn't delivered and then it was a long battle to be refunded. Emails were ignored by Writercosmos and then return phone calls were not made despite them promising they would.
I finally went through their chat feature on the site and was told my refund was now being processed. Not a pleasant experience

My personal experience with WriterCosmos was a very positive one. I found the entire staff always available and ready to answer my questions when I needed assistance. All staff were knowledgable and kind. Alex Paul was very patient and helped me with the publishing aspect of my book. It would have been difficult without his expertise.

Doing very good with generating the designs and posting materials. Not sure if it is reaching a target market. I share the posts but am not sure why I don’t get any comments. I have 5k friends. So not sure if I am sharing them correctly.

From the first phone call I was connected with honest professionals who guided me through the process of writing my very first book. The collegial interaction with Janet made for a fast response, which help to make a smooth transition between all edits, a well oil team effort.

What made my experience great was the time everyone spent with me in publishing my book. The price was great and the people were awesome!

The entire staff has gone above and beyond my expectations to the point I consider them part of my family!

It is over six months since Writer Cosmos (WC) started the process of publishing my book and as I now post this review, it has still not reached the print stage.
The whole experience to date has been frustrating and annoying, so much so that on two occasions, I have asked for a refund (which I am entitled to in terms of the contractual agreement) of the money which I have paid in advance. The response to my first request, was to change the member of staff who I was dealing with. At first there seemed to be an improvement, but this was short lived. The second demand for a refund fell on deaf ears, in fact the content of my email was totally ignored as if I hadn't even sent it.
I have lost count of the number of times I was promised an update by a particular time, and then nothing. I have lost count of the number of fauxpologies I have received. Give them there due, they did ask on a couple of occasions, how could they address my dissatisfaction, but this was all too little and too late.
here are far too many examples of failures to mention here, but one glaring example happened within a few days of starting the undertaking. A senior manager and the person handling my contract at the time, emailed with a link to an author whose cookery book had just been published, suggesting that mine should take a similar format. I was dumbfounded as to why they had made such a proposal, it was totally inappropriate for the nature of my book. Then it became blatantly obvious, they hadn't even looked at the manuscript, something which when confronted, was admitted to in a subsequent email.
More recently, I have had instances when I had to re-number the index twice because the editor had shifted the pages out of sync; very time consuming and unnecessary.
I recently received an email asking me if I would like WC to provide an ISBN number at a cost of about $125-200, however I did point out that this service was included in the original publishing agreement, and did find out that, if necessary, I could have purchased one for about £40.
Today, I decided to dispense with WC and finished the printing/publishing with Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing, who incidentally provide free book cover design, ISBN and bar code.

For a company selling themselves as World class book publishing and distribution and a host of other literary services, I fail to see how they manage to provide such a poor quality-service. It does make one question who is overseeing the standards within the company, even down to the level of grammar and punctuation used in emails posted by staff members, here is such an example sent to me recently: “Once again I am very apologized for any inconvenience that may have cause. And I am really apricating your support”. - what more can I say?
Fortunately I archived all email communications with WC, so I can therefore substantiate all my claims.

I have had a great experience with Cosmoswriters. When I began my writing project it was my first book. I really had no direction in this area but, they were able to co-create with me. They were the second set of foot prints as I walked
this journey. I am so grateful to Vincent, which led me to Harry, who introduced me to Janet who is absolutely magnificent. This is a remarkable group of writers. I personally recommend Cosmoswriters to anyone who is interested in writing, publishing and selling their book. Thank you Cosmoswriters!

The decision I made, as an author, to work with Writercosmos must rank as one of the best I've ever made. In order to promote my books, I decided to bring in the experts as I am not a marketing specialist. I've been working with Sarah, Janet, Harry and Vincent and I have been delighted as they have all guided and supported me through the whole process so far. They have been patient and understanding and given me incredible advice every step of the way. The promotional tools they have designed for me are amazing and I can't wait to go live very shortly! Writers Cosmos has worked with me & handled my book very professionally. Every correction I felt needed to be made they had already found & made, or they made the corrections that I asked for. overall, my experience with Writers Cosmos has been great. The one minor problem I encountered was sometimes the responses to my emails were not as timely as they might have been. Other than that, my experience with this company has been next to none. I am extremely pleased with the way they have treated me, my book & the quality of professionalism they have demonstrated the entire time they have worked with me on this project. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to publish a book.
