I switched from the Litespeed plugin
I switched from the Litespeed plugin, which, despite very good hosting (WPX premium Litespeed server), was no longer functioning properly and, after hours of testing and trying, seemed impossible to fix.
Initially, there were some problems with excluding JavaScript, but these were quickly and effectively resolved by the highly knowledgeable support team at WP-Rocket (Violeta).
Although the Litespeed plugin is free, I have no problem paying for this.
The extra speed and better service are more than worth it.
Our websites have gone from a score of around 65 to a score of around 95 (pagespeed mobile). And I know that if a new problem arises, it will be resolved quickly and effectively.

Clientes desde 2018, año en el que apostamos por WP Rocket cuando no eran nadie y compramos directamente la licencia "sitios ilimitados".
Renovación ahora en diciembre, nos comunica que nos pasan de forma impuesta al plan multi limitado a 50 sitios.
Si a esto le sumas que el precio no ha hecho más que aumentar en estos años, con razón dado la evolución del producto, me parece un trato patético a clientes fieles desde hace tantos años.
Desde ya, empezaremos a dejar de usar WP Rocket en todos nuestros proyectos. Con el encarecimiento de todos los plugins de Wordpress en General, no me sorprende que cada vez haya más clientes que se quieran ir a Shopify.

Disappointed with the new prices
We have been using and trusting WP Rocket for years. We will not renew, as we are very disappointed with their new prices. It feels like they don't care if they will lose their customers, so we are replacing the plugin. Fortunately, there are many other trustworthy competitor plugins out there.

No support for plugin configuration..
They don't offer support for plugin configuration now. So, if you bought the plugin and if it doesn't work as per your expectations, you are on your own.
