I have already made this complaint
I have already made this complaint! And wowcher put me onto a place named GAMECHANGER I contacted them and I said that the calendars that I paid £19.99 for x 2 for my friends teenager daughters, its false advertising, as it shows you Jo Malone, Charlotte Tilbury, Space NK, etc all in the calendar, when I complained and said I want my money back as I was sent 2 Calendars with cheap jewellery, they said to me that I should have read the small print! I cannot gives these terrible gifts to 2 teenage girls, they are cheap and tacky, I want my money back and they refuse, I sincerely hope nobody else buys these as it is a scam, I'm furious and Im now very wary of WOWCHER, I doubt that I will ever be buying from them ever again.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. The selling practices are misleading. "Customer service" is an AI function on Whatsapp. No refund received. There are no customer service people to assist customers. Concerning that this business is operating like this is in the UK.

I would give 0 stars if possible.
Bought a voucher, wowcher charged me twice, have not been able to get my money back. You cannot talk to anyone only a bot , they ask for so much information and then ask you to repeat yourself several times and then say case closed. Would never in my life buy anything from this website again.
* Wowcher your reply is laughable, I have given you my order number and email address about 14 times . .you do nothing*

This was a really good deal
This was a really good deal. First time to use woucher. So I am slightly cautious but seemed straight forward. Looking forward to my stay. Will use again. Only thing I would say with this voucher and with vip membership recepts there is opportunity for a discount but it is not applicable to me based in Ireland. But so far happy with my order.
