I purchased software, admittedly at a silly cheap price, Found it difficult to down load with warnings of virus issues, finally got it to download and then had issues in installing, and when I did manage it, the software was the wrong version. Requests for help to resolve the various issues were addressed but replies were difficult to read and understand and seemed to be pushed between Wowcher and the software supplier. I have still not got the 2026 version of the software and given up. Hence no more purchases from Woucher.

I bought two items from the Wowcher. I never received any of my items. I have contacted them over and over again. The company is FAKE!!!! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WOWCHER. This company need to be shut down.

Will absolutely never use this site again. Ordered a product then started to receive emails saying that they had sent me out a different product in error & once I had returned the product sent in error then my original product would be sent on to me. By the time this was set in motion my original product was out of stock. I asked for a refund. I was then told that my refund was returned as Wowcher credit. I then had to apply to have that credit refunded to my original method of payment. This whole process took over a fortnight. I deleted the Wowcher app and I don't ever want to come across them again! The one to lose out for their error was the customer. Totally not acceptable.

Well where do I start…..
A seamless purchase on 03/08/2026, however the day after due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel my two x holiday vouchers for two.
I followed Wowchers cancellation procedure to the letter, sending emails so that the merchant could process the refund expediently.
After numerous telephone calls, emails, being passed from pillar to post giving conflicting information, broken promises of deadlines and that emails of confirmation of what had been agreed having not been sent.
Again today (01/09/2026) having had to make further contact, and now near on a month later to see where my refund was after it had been authorised finally on 20/08/2026…..I am still waiting!!!
This time I have been told that it will be processed and be in my account in the next 24-48 hours, but it may be 72 hours???
I have asked for all this in writing yet again and still am awaiting that.
I too had escalated all this via a formal complaint from the very beginning. But again re that aspect, I am still awaiting any formal update either from Wowcher or the merchant.
So if I was too advise anyone and I am happy if you have received a good service with them. However for me and it appears I am not alone Wowcher and their merchant Thetravelmakers.co.uk who’s slogan alleges, Making Happy Memories falls exceedingly the total opposite end of the scale for me and I would I would give a huge minus score for my experience with them…..
So Please really think twice and I would strongly recommend NOT to book with them unless you are happy to throw your money away or want unnecessary stress, hassle, inconvenience and expense as I sadly have experienced.

Thanks Wowcher for the refund - FINALLY over a month after my formal cancellation and after numerous, calls, emails, messages, taking advice on legal action, instigating bank processes and having to review negatively on various channels.
So potential purchasers make your own mind up on whether to purchase or not. But take note if there is an issue or change of mind which you are legally entitled to…You will face huge issues, stress and be prepared to fight for your legal rights, money back and still no update or proof on what is the process on Wowchers formal complaints!

I bought a product from a garden company with a voucher from Wowcher. It wasn't clear that I was signing up for a subscription and I now find I have been paying them £9.99 a month since May for an unwanted subscription. No idea how to cancel.

My daughter ordered a bed through Wowcher! The bed came no instructions and no feet and was nothing like what was sold in the picture or description. All Wowcher are doing is ripping people off and helping con- companies rip people off. A when you try and contact someone you get no where. You would think Wowcher would make sure the stuff they sell is genuine and what is stated before advertising it and ripping innocent people off.
Wowcher you should not be allowed to support scam companies.
Dont use this company nor by a Hilton ottoman bed
Ok so Wowcher replied but give you no email address or any thing to send over the information that they are requesting! That is helpful but no surprise

STEER CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
they will steal your money and issue an already expired voucher. Their terms and conditions state they will not refund expired vouchers.
They also make it almost impossible to contact them. I would have given zero stars if i could. Total scammers that need shutting down and sending to prison for fraud. How are they allowed to get away with this legally in the UK.

I have since passed on my details and concern. I was told a refund would be made within 24-72 hours. This has not been paid. I purchased my voucher on 20th August. The voucher I recieved had an expiry date of 18th August. They now say they do not refund for expired vouchers. WELL DONT SELL VOUCHERS THAT HAVE ALREADY EXPIRED. Under UK consumer protection law, I am entitled to a FULL refund which I expect to be paid.

Brought holiday vouchers when you try and book with the holiday company they have no flights in your price range or at the airports you can get to. I only bought the vouchers 4 days ago and refused a refund. Very unfair as no holiday has been booked. I can't book as flights are too expensive. Please read all the fine print as they sell you as its a good deal when in reality it is a rip off. The holiday company is not ABTOL registered either so I cannot complain to them. All my savings to take my daughter away before uni have gone.

Absolutely usless I was scammed by the travel makers there rude booked a Disney holiday on Wowcher with no term and conditions it’s not a Disney holiday it’s a Paris holiday and of course while ur there u can go to Disney that’s common sense Wowcher is usless don’t reply and when they do it’s with the same automated message no phone number to ring I’ve been asking for refund for a trip I’m not going on they couldn’t even provide who id be travelling with kept asking for more money and hung up the phone and lied about opening and closing times so I wouldn’t ring . And travel makers I don’t understand why Wowcher use scammers on there website . And false advertisement it’s not a Disney holiday it’s a Paris holiday
