1 Star – Extremely disappointing customer service
I ordered a bed through Wowcher on 21/09/2026. Since placing the order, I have received no correspondence whatsoever from the merchant regarding delivery.
The voucher states that it is only valid until 04/10/2026, yet I still have no confirmation from the merchant about when my bed will actually be delivered. I have contacted the merchant directly by email and have received no response.
I then contacted Wowcher for help, only to be told that they would not refund my money back to my original payment method and would instead offer me Wowcher credit — which I do not want.
Trying to get any proper assistance through Wowcher’s WhatsApp service has been equally frustrating, as I have essentially been fobbed off by an AI chatbot rather than given the opportunity to speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue.
I’ve paid for an item, the merchant isn’t communicating with me, and Wowcher is refusing to provide the resolution I am asking for.
At this point, I simply want my money back through the original payment method. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with very little confidence in Wowcher or its marketplace.

Customer contact doesn’t exist
If i could give a zero i would, bought a voucher for a restaurant which should have had until November 2026 to redeem but is showing expired in September. Tried to contact wowcher via email to then be send fraudulent calls offering a refund for the voucher to have my bank immediately block my card as they have tried to take over £1000 out.
Offer to help resolve this but still don’t have a direct way to get in touch wowcher, asking for my email address and order number but no-where to send it to privately.

Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery;
Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the
deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your
Wowcher account under the “My Account” section).
To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login).
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s).
4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher.
5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM.
Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears.
6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to
receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.

Scammers... selling already expired vouchers
They're selling/sending out vouchers (that according to the merchant) are already expired on the date they sell them.
Only support we could find on their site was a Whatsapp that they don't respond to. Had to go down the Paypal dispute route to even get a response from them, and even then they repeatedly push to offer credit with bonus rather than returning money.
One to avoid 🤦

Scam and lack of customer service!
Extremely frustrating customer service experience
I contacted Wowcher and the merchant almost immediately after placing an order because I realised the product advertised was not what I needed. I requested cancellation before receiving any dispatch notification and provided all the information the merchant requested.
Despite this, the response was delayed and I was then told the order had entered fulfilment and that I would be charged £35 to return it. I have repeatedly explained that I am simply asking them not to dispatch the item and to refund me, even offering for the £35 to be deducted if they genuinely consider it unavoidable.
What makes this even more frustrating is the product listing itself. The voucher was for a small single bed, yet the main image showed a double bed, without clearly showing a single-bed image. I feel the advertising was misleading.
The whole process has taken far too long, and I have had to repeat the same information multiple times. Wowcher’s WhatsApp support has also been extremely frustrating, as it doesn’t allow you to properly follow an ongoing conversation.
Very disappointed with how this has been handled. I would think twice before using Wowcher or ordering anything from CLOUD 9YN again!!
