Price wasn't the best I had seen but I was concerned about the reviews for the others and so decided to give wow cameras a go. Good I did, Sally was very helpful and the emails returned in a timely manner!

Fantastic customer support from Sally Turner who arranged for my purchase to arrive in plenty of time as it was a gift. Sally went above and beyond what was expected and was a pleasure to deal with. I was really concerned that his may not be the real deal. Sometimes in life being wrong is a godsend and this is one of them. Before I even opened the box I signed into my Nikon and put in the serial number, low and behold the camera came up. The Camera was made in Thailand where my over Z6 II was that I purchased in the UK. The only thing was the instructions were on a printed sheet, no problem, the handbook is useless, you need to go on line anyway to get the full instructions for the camera. If you search WowCameraZIIpaulbriden on Youtube you will see me opening the camera. Really really pleased.

I bought a pair of AirPod max for only £420, a real bargain. They arrived in four days, zero issues.

Good advertised price so I ordered a Canon RF 85mm f2 Macro IS STM lens. This was quickly processed by WOWcamera and delivery was unexpected fast (within a few days). Full marks for offering competitive prices with first class delivery. Highly recommended.

My experience with Wowcamera couldn’t have been better. I bought an iPhone over the weekend and it was delivered on Tuesday!!!! Customer service is proactive, keeping you updated about all the steps.

This is the second time I have ordered a new phone. The prices were good, and the delivery was well ahead of predicted timescale in both cases. Customer Service was also excellent - I sent an e-mail query for the most recent purchase and very prompt responses were received.

Superb customer service, had to change the delivery date after purchase, the response was very quick with ample feedback and updates, the iPhone 11 pro was actually received earlier than expected and it is brilliant, so many thanks again and keep it up!

Bought a DSLR from these guys. I’ll be honest I had read some negative commentary. My experience however was incredible. The amount of attention and interaction and prompt responses to any query from the lovely Sally was incredible. Other than UPS not being able to read a map, everything went like clockwork. I ordered my camera on Saturday and it arrived Thursday, had UPS had satnav it would have been yesterday.

The camera is genuine and genuinely brand new, now I’m off to play with my new toy.
