Was a bit sceptical to be honest in the start to entrust an order worth about £2.4K with a online company I was using for the first time offerring one of the cheapest prices. Well, did receive items exactly as ordered & quicker due to continuied customer support throughout till delivery (thanks Sally). Would surely consider buying from again 😀👍

I ordered a RF 100mm F2.8L Macro lens. Almost immediately I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my shipping, which I did. My lens arrived in a few days, very well packed. It's a super lens!
Correspondance with WOWcamera was amazing, I would definitely recommend them.

Fastest delivery then said great service will use again thanks.

This is my third mobile from WOWCamera and every single time the service was excellent. The device is brand new, sealed in its original box at a great price.
I would highly recommend using this company, especially due to Sally Turner whom I communicated with on each occasion.

I have used Wow Cameras three times now and their service is excellent. Delivery has exceeded their estimates every time and the product are UK compliant. Paying via PayPal guarantees the transaction.
My only point I would make is that the power connector is two pin and it comes with a UK three pin adapter. Buying the product in the UK would see a UK fitting without an adapter. If you intend to resell an Apple IPad or IPhone then the whole package is slightly degraded. However, the savings are the best on the market that I can find.

Excellent customer service - I needed to cancel my item and whereas most companies would let you receive the item and make you pay to send it back, the customer service team at WC actually rediverted and refunded the parcel almost straight away. Best customer service I've used in a long time!

Tendría para escribir un libro, pero seguro que seria muy aburrido y de lo que trato es de informaros.
Antes de elegir esta pagina para comprar, me extrañaron varias cosas: No tienen dirección alguna, La ultima referencia en Español en esta misma pagina es de marzo, en ingles de ventas en UK si son recientes en la parte positiva tienen chat para hablar con ellos, tienen una cierta antigüedad desde el 2008 y además de la cámara que yo me compre la tenían en Stock (luego veremos que no es verdad), cuando casi nadie la tiene en el mundo, por ser un modelo nuevo y por la crisis de los microchips y además estaba bien de precio.
Se trata de la compra de una Sony Alpha 1 de alrededor 6.000€ de coste solo el cuerpo.
Soy fotógrafo profesional y esta semana tengo un trabajo muy importante fuera de España que llevar a cabo y no podre utilizar mi maquina nueva, perdiendo muchas oportunidades de hacer un buen trabajo.
Envié el dinero el día 11 (hace de esto16 días naturales) el primer problema que surgió es que el banco no libero la transferencia de forma inmediata???? fue enviada de una cuenta en Madrid a una en Bélgica es Europa y funciona lo mismo que si la mandamos desde Madrid a Cuenca.
Desde entonces mantengo contacto diario varias veces con WowCamera tanto por chat, como por correo electrónico (hoy es día 26 de agosto).
Dándome siempre excusas sin fundamento y tardando bastante tiempo desde que la persona un tal Jorge Sánchez con quien hablo, que no tengo claro si es su nombre real y las supuestas respuestas de su departamento financiero y posteriormente del almacén.
Hace unos días prometieron que el paquete saldría el día 20 esto no se cumplió y por ultimo me confirman que el paquete sale el día 23 y que llegaría a Madrid antes del día 26?????????????

A día de hoy ese seguimiento de DHL, dice que el albarán fue generado pero que el PAQUETE TODAVIA NO ESTA EN PODER DE DHL ?????????
Después de seguir hablando con WOWCamera de este hecho y mucho insistir me responden los siguiente:

gracias por escribirnos.
Esta fue la respuesta que recibimos por parte de almacén:
“Tenga en cuenta que el seguimiento de DHL se actualizará una vez que los pedidos lleguen los centros a Francia, seguiremos haciendo el seguimiento.”

WOWCamera lleva operando desde 2008 como minorista de comercio electrónico especializado en fotografía y productos de telefonía móvil. No somos una compañía fantasma o estafadora.

Es decir que el código de seguimiento lo generan desde Hong Kong (el mío esta generado a las 4 de la madrugada hora española.........)
Y cuando llega el paquete a los almacenes de Francia, es cuando lo entregan a DHL para que lo envié a Madrid.

ESTO NO lo pone en ningún sitio de hecho el producto que yo compre tiene una fecha de entrega de 7-10 días hábiles estoy mas o menos en ese tiempo pero adivina donde esta mi paquete ahora...........
Desgraciadamente de momento solo me queda patalear escribir esta reseña y seguir esperando.
Poniendo a mi regreso del viaje de trabajo, toda una batería de medidas para solucionar el problema.
RESUMEN
Son muy informales te da la sensación de haber sido engañado aunque según ellos no es así.
Y lo mas importante si buscáis en Internet con paciencia o bien me buscáis a mi, podéis encontrar empresas similares a esta con un servicio de atención al cliente y unas respuestas infinitamente mas rápidas.
Perdonar finalmente me salió muy largo

COMO FINALIZO ESTA HISTORIA
Finalmente llego por fin la deseada maquina a casa de Madrid el pasado día 1 de septiembre, es decir desde el 11 de agosto que fue enviado el dinero hasta el 1 de septiembre no se recibe la mercancía, en este caso no cumplen ni de dejos su compromiso de entrega en destino en 7 8 dias laborables

Im not contradicting anything sweetheart. You have no address on your website, which is against the law.

You have never once mentioned a Manchester address until now, what it this address?

Why would you not tell an unhappy customer just to send the phone to the Manchester "warehouse" if you have one. If i bought a phone from "Currys" they would not ask me to return it to Hong Kong.

But if you only use Hong Kong for Paypal then why do you not ask me to send this 2nd hand phone to Hong Kong, as opposed to the UK?

And why would a company with a UK base not use a UK address for Paypal?

You do accept the phone was opened as you claim that you do internal quality checks, surely you must be aware that once the film is taken off, and the seal is broken it is not brand new.

That and the fact there are light marks on it.

Are you telling me Xiaomi are lying when confirming this phone does not have a 1 year UK warranty with them?

The 2nd hand phone this company sent me is defective, and it doesn't have a 1 year UK manufacturers warranty as they claim.

When i was told i'd be getting a brand new phone, with 1 year UK warranty, from their UK warehouse.

I switched it on, and it switches its self off, it really is a disgrace that this company refuses to send the pre-paid parcel label as the law tells them, and that they are actually in Hong Kong as opposed to the UK where they claim to have a warehouse.

This must be one of the only honest reviews on here.

I was dubious about using a site I’d never heard of but I’m so glad I did. Got the iPhone 12 mini for £100 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. Phone arrived within a few days and the customer service and communication was brilliant. Brand new phone as described on the web. Very happy and I’d defo use them again!!
