Weak network.weak met work always sending notifications even on the lowest sensitive setting. Then when someone does actually walk towards my door nothing. Absolute rubbish doorcam. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

I've had one a couple of weeks, trying to get help is impossible.
I don't rate it at all, actually they are rubbish, don't touch them.
Mine takes snaps every few seconds, I have hundreds of snaps I can't delete it keeps saying weak Internet, 65/75mb week, I don't thinks so.
I would definitely not recommend one and the instructions are that small you need a magnifier to read them.
I'm in the process of trying for a refund.

Being told half truths and no promised refund!
I used Wowcamera for the first to buy a Samsung Tablet 8 Ultra. The Tablet was not new as described on the site so I asked for a refund. The box was opened already upon arrival. The sales rep Sally Turner gave me reasons for this which was dubious. She said that vendors perform "random stock checks" so the box might be opened. Then later in another email, she claims the reason the box was opened is that "it appears the checks were likely done during customs clearance due to added security checks"
I kindly asked for a refund. Sally offered up to £25 refund for the postage which the buyer has to pay. Please note that the return address is in Hong Kong, not wherever the item was sent from. I raised the case with Paypal instead as I felt it was easier and more secure to claim the refund back that way. I've posted the item back and Wowcamera authorised the refund. However, because I raised the case with Paypal, she told me that they won't offer me the postage amount anymore! The reason for this was "the business is under restructuring phase, it is not actively operating at this time". I'm pretty sure this is not completely true as their website does not have any evidence of this currently.
I am seeking ways to get the refund back, but given it is not a UK based company, they know that the law does not go very far. Also, as I mentioned, be aware that they may give you off-the-shelf reasons which are half-truth at best when you do complain or have issues in order to keep you from pursuing things.

Avoid this company!!! I bought a Samsung flip phone from them and after approx 10 months the screen started to crack. Initially I believed it was the screen protector but by the time I bought a new one and noticed that it was actually an issue with the screen, I was a few DAYS out of the 1 year warranty. I've raised the issue with them and they are "hidding" behind the 1 year policy. This has never happened before with any UK company. How do you expect a £800 phone to only last 12 months? Their attitude shows how small this company is and how bad their customer service is. I will never use them again!!
Edited to reply: the 3 weeks period outside of the warranty period is not correct if you consider the 10 days delivery time. Because why should I loose this time if I don't have the phone?? And as a lesson, Tesco have covered the repair costs for a TV 1,5 years after the warranty period ended!! This is how a BIG company acts!

Scammed and Wowcamera refuses to help.
I ordered an expensive item from them. It was delivered to a nearby shop as they didn't bother delivering it to my address. WHen I went to collect it the shop owner refused to give it to me. Had to deal with UPS who managed to sort it out. I took the package home and even recorded a video of myself unboxing it and the item wasn't inside.
I contacted WowCamera who said they would contact UPS. It took over 1 and a half months and they never kept me updated. I emailed them over and over and each time they said they are waiting for UPS. I provided them with all the proof but today UPS said because I threw away the outside packaging they declined the claim so Wowcamera are refusing to refund me.
Just to note. I told Wowcamera I have a video of myself opening the package and if they wanted it.. they didn't answer. They don't want the proof because they don't want to refund me.
I have effectively been scammed. Wowcamera, specifically the person I have been emailing for weeks "Sally Turner" has been extremely unhelpful and refuses to do anything but "wait for ups". Even after they declined the claim today, Sally told me to wait several weeks more so they could figure out if they can do anything.
So in total, I have emailed them mutliple times for updates even though they said they would update me... they didn't. They kept telling me to wait over a month and now are telling me to wait another month.
Even when I have the unboxing video which in iteself is irefutable evidence, Sally doesn't care for it nor wants to do anything about it.
Wowcamera, I want my FULL refund. I don't want to keep WAITING months and months. You thought you could get away with it but I refuse to let you get away with my money.
I will keep sharing all my evidence online to warn everyone of my experience. I have screenshots of all my emails from Sally at Wowcamera and all the evidence proving I didn't receive my item.
Please don't respond to this review with a generic "we have tried to come to a conclusion but are awaiting for UPS investigation" if you want to wait for the investigation that's on you. I shouldn't have to wait for a full refund when I have all the proof.
Also don't reply with a generic "we're sorry to hear, please contact our support team"... I have and they haven't done a single thing.

When spending a relatively large amount on money it’s normal to be a bit apprehensive about who you buy from and having never heard of Wow Camera previously, this was no exception. However, after reading other reviews, having a secure payment method and their phone and email communication being second to non, I took the plunge and can only say I will be buying from them again when the time arises. A great purchasing experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I ordered from WowCamera and they have a superb customer services desk. Although the ETA was slightly long, I was kept updated throughout. The parcel was flown from Hong Kong and I received it the next day after it leaving from HK. There is nothing I can ask for to improve the experience. It was simply fantastic.

Ordered a competitively priced mobile phone. Advised at order that the device would take 7 to 10 days to arrive, and it did. The item was shipped via DHL. Updates were for a bundle of items, so not able to see the individual phone. Advised the item was delivered Easter Monday while away. Contacted support who were prompt and provided feedback on where the device was. No issues at all with the order.
