I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament with a description on it. The description was in a pale yellow color with a line going through it. It was totally unreadable. When I contacted support to get a return/ refund. They never responded. Very very bad company !!!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WOOHOPS. You will be wasting your money.

Absolute TRASH. Ordered a framed canvas and it came rolled up like a poster. Fool me once and Im never ordering from this company again.

Total rip off! Never received my order and they showed some bullshit delivery so I couldn't get my refund. I can't get in touch with these people so stay away from this company!!!

DO NOT deal with this company. Horrible merchandise. Quality is poor and items do not match description or picture of items. I'm out $117.00 for 4 items that looked beautiful on the website. I will never order from them again and I will advise anyone who thinks of ordering from them NOT TO!!!!!

Bought the two hearts piece for valentines's for my wife, when I opened it i understood that I cannot show it to her, it was nothing like described on their website!! what a scam! must buy something else quickly... stay away !!

I won't even give a one star, way cheap quality and refusing to give a refund labels for the item of $28.77 , ridiculous

This place is a scam. What I ordered looked nothing like what I received. The hearts with names looks great in pictures but what I received was a piece of plexiglass with a picture of it inserted in the middle.

I’ve yet to receive my order placed before Christmas!

Never received my item. Never got a refund, they took 40$ and run. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They scam me on $36 not much but they are the worse people to deal with, don’t waste your money 2 months since I placed my order, no tracking number no order number when I send emails the answer every time is we are reviewing or your order got stuck somewhere in the planet they suck A$$

I would give them no stars if I could. The bracelet came completely wrong and when I reached out to them to return to make the bracelet correct, their email back to me was it’s not worth it for them to fix it and don’t send it back because it was close enough. Everything was wrong with it so I don’t see how that’s close enough. Ugh.

Fake images - product look nothing like the website. Must be AI generated.

Overpriced printed products. The website makes its it look like it is a 3D - but its simply a sticker on a piece of plastic.

Avoid - unless your enjoy being scammed.

I was Leary because of the negative reviews. I have to say I was expecting the worst…..however I’m pleasantly surprised the ornament was exactly what I ordered. When I e-mailed the co to get a delivery estimate I received response the next day. I was able to track shipping. It did take 5 weeks

I did not receive my order at all and they are scamming people out there money and needs to be shut down.

I always order my granddaughter an ornament for Christmas each year....11 years this year. I ordered from Whoohops on December 2. Today is the 21st. Still no ornament or expected delivery date. I'm furious!

Same as everyone else I wanted the real thing not a 3d type picture! What a disappointment for my MIL. I figured a $40 ornament was a great gift but not this pos.

Updated Review on 01/09/26: Updating my review because I now believe this company is actively filtering out negative feedback. I’ve tried multiple times over the past couple of weeks to leave the same review below on their website, and it has never been posted. The product I purchased and attempted to review shows 20 reviews — all of them 5 stars — which seems highly unlikely. It appears they only publish positive reviews and hide anything critical. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of other businesses offering similar products, and I’ll be choosing one of them next time.

Original Review Posted on 12/20/25: I recently ordered an ornament from Woohops and had an issue with the quality of the image. The photo printed much darker than the one I uploaded, to the point that you couldn’t really make out the couple’s faces. When I reached out to customer service to see if they could lighten the image, the initial response was to offer a 10% refund, which didn’t feel like a reasonable solution. After some back‑and‑forth, they did agree to remake the ornament using a different photo. I appreciated that they ultimately chose to stand behind their product and make it right. The experience wasn’t perfect, but they did follow through, and the replacement reflected the quality I was expecting.
