I haven’t even received my order. They are thieves, fraudsters.
Five minutes after I placed the order I asked them to cancel it. They wouldn’t! They’d already taken my money and wouldn’t give it back.

I HATE THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES.
I HATE FAVORABLER.

This is a total SCAM!!!! Don't let them fool you into thinking they are a family owned small business and make their product in the USA!!! Liars!!! They took my money and information and ran, leaving me and many others in their dust!!

I hate when I pay for something I order and it’s never delivered. So I just through about 20.00 in the wind for nothing. I would never order again to be scammed.

If there was a negative rating, I would be giving it a negative number. They posted charges to my credit card for more than what the amount was of the purchase. I immediately contacted them via email 2 minutes after placing the orders, telling them to cancel the orders. I sent them five separate emails requesting the canceling of the orders. Not only did they not cancel the orders, but they have shipped the products as well. I have sent them another email telling them I will not be responsible for the payments nor the return shipment of their product.

very poor customer service and only way to communicate is by email to a robot. Never received my order but said they have tracking.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an item for Christmas, and it arrived a month later, AFTER Christmas. I immediately contacted customer service to request a return. According to their return policy, I can return within 14 days of receipt.
However, I kept getting bot messages. Then they offered my $5 refund, but they refused to accept my return.
They didn't honor their own return policy. Please don't buy from them!!

Purchased a 250 yr anniversary U.S.A. Hat. Should have checked first on the reviews of the company, Favorabler . Took over a month to get here . Very poorly made with incorrect tabs to adjust in the back. Wrote the company. The company said send pictures I sent pictures. They insulted me by offering a two dollar reimbursement for the product. I kept sending emails. I kept getting the same response I find out I could’ve gone to Walmart and bought the same hat for a fraction of the price. Buyer beware

I bought what was supposed to be an embroidered hat and when it final came in 3 weeks later it was not embroidered and looked awful with an iron on transfer. Big rip off !!!

ordered the crown king cologned body butter just for these people to scam me and send me some unscented lotion this is crazy people get away with this but I would go to prison if I scammed thousands of people!!!!

I ordered swim goggles March 24, 2025 for my grandkids (hoping to have by Easter) and it is now 4 months later and still NO PRODUCT!!! I have emailed company 3 or 4 times and they keep saying is caused by shipping delays, and delays in customs due to Trumps tariff actions. SO frustrating that anything could take 4 months and more.

I ordered a stand-up weed puller on May 18 for my husband on Father’s Day. It still hasn’t arrived.
I’ve done much tracking and it all boils down to this is a scam. It turns out they used another parcels tracking number to say it was delivered! This is a federal offense. I’ve learned a hard lesson. Check reviews first before buying on line.

I ordered what I thought was Westmore complexion cover up. The video portrayed that it was. They sent a dupe that was garbage. I have escalated pay pal to fight on my behalf for a refund, to date, they want me to pay return shipping to get a refund. I refuse. Pay pal is not helping me. I’m fixing to go fight it at the bank. Do not order from this company. They lie.

Got sent the wrong item. Took forever. The items came from Slovenia FFS. Then when I asked to return it for a refund (I paid almost $40 for the 2 set goggles) they first offered me $2USD. Refused that obviously, and they offered me $4 USD. Still waiting in another low ball offer. I just want to send them back and get my money back. This is unreal.
Total scam, please do not order anything from them. ANYTHING.

Order said it was in transit for a month and a half and when it finally said delivered it was not actually delivered. I have contacted them and they just continually say it was delivered. I was also charged more than it said I would be charged when I submitted the order. Do not order from this company unless you want to just lose your money.

They are lucky they get one star!! I ordered products in December 2024 and April 2025 and I have NEVER received any items!!! I sent an email and their reply was words on top on words, so you could read it or make out a word! Scammers, crooks, thieves!!!! You reap what you sow!

This is a scam. First, they overcharged me three months ago. Then they didn't send me the product until today. It was a weed puller (head only) from Walmart. Worth half of what I paid them. I am reporting the company to various organizations helping customers with fraudulent activity.

$44.83 this is the advertised information, I received 10 round pads four inches round by one half inch, wasn’t enough to fill a pot. I asked for the bricks they advertised but offered $5 reimbursement and I could keep the product, how sweet, how can these people stay in business? Aren’t there minus ratings? They’re horrible. I ordered in April and received in June
