We recently lost our 9 yr old Springer Spaniel and I ordered the Crystal Globe Lamp, which was personalised with the photo of our lost Spaniel. I was a bit concerned after ordering it from a UK site that it was in fact coming from China.
However I was really impressed with the speed of delivery, the daily updates on the progress from production and shipment. In fact it arrived safely a day earlier than expected. Great quality product would recommend.

Very disappointed. My husband ordered me something and it came completely busted up. All you hear is pieces shaking around in the box. I didn’t even open it because I didn’t want it all to fall out. I sent 2 claims in already and not one response back. Did not refund my money. Didn’t send me a new one. Just not a word back.

I've ordered several things from here and have loved all of them

I placed an order on November2025. Never arrived (apparently lost on shipment). Claim was swiftly responded and (supposedly) a replacement item was shipped. That was 3 monts ago and nothing has arrived. They're pretty good at writing but awful at delivering the promised merchandise

I ordered 2 mugs with cartoon dog pictures. both orders arrived as expected. One mug being black and having a black dog on it did not stand out as advertised. I stated this in my review of the mug bought as a gift. The company contacted me, apologized for the lack of satisfaction, asked for pictures of the mug, agreed that it was not up to advertised expectations and has offered a replacement. They have read the review and acted immediately, awesome customer service without even contacting them. So refreshing to deal with an honest company, I will definatly be buying from this company again with confidence of a great product

The finish of the doormat is nice, but it is most definitely an indoor mat as it is too light and thin to be used outdoors. It arrived way after the promised date and in spite of paying a high price for the product, I had to pay additional tax at the post office.

The shipment was delivered fast.
The tracking system was great.

I have received your products. The door mat suits our house decor. I will have wait for my husband to buy his new phone then get it sized up with the phone cases once he receives it. The new beach bag is awesome to be used as a road trip bag when visiting places and sightseeing. I am happy.

The process from ordering to delivery and product was smooth and exact. No issues anywhere, clear and easy to understand. Product came in excellent condition and was as described.

Was sceptical about product as reasonably priced and so much choice is dog avatars. However when it arrived I was so delighted with the colours, the brightness and the quality that I immediately recommended it to many friends with dogs and cats. If only all online shopping was so good.

Paid for a memory bracelet....Item didn't arrive....Sent numerous emails....No reply....I keep receiving generic emails asking if i want to buy from company again....Even offering me a discount....!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

The ease of ordering and the timely manner in which it was delivered......so far it looks really good and hoping it will be as good a product as it apppears to be!

The small, carved box with photo of my dog, silver charm with her name on it and dinky glass bottle to put some of her fur in was the most beautiful keepsake I could widh for. The little box was exquisitely made. I'm delighted with it.

This company has the slowest shipping of any of them. The first time I order from them the item arrived more than 2 weeks later than originally estimated. I contacted them and they had an excuse. Fast forward a year later and since the item was really cute, I order from them again. Once again the item is arriving much later than estimated. Fool me once... fool me twice... You won't fool me again. Too many other companies to order from. This is the last order that I will place with Pawsionate. When someone's pet passes and I purchase a memorial as a gift for them and it arrives 2 months after the passing of their family pet, it becomes embarrassing to give them the gift that much later. The estimated date of delivery has passed and the shipping still show it in transit in Chicago. The deliver if for Houston, TX. I'm sure the item will be very nice, the timeliness of the delivery is terrible.
