Wooden Windows Anmeldelser

Good quality products, on time delivery and great customer service. Mat's been very helpful with our door and window orders which both needed to be customised.

We were recommended Wooden Windows by someone who had already ordered windows through you. We were really delighted with your service. You explained the different options available to us very clearly and once we had placed our order you kept us informed about the progress of our windows and the delivery date. The windows are excellent quality and it made life so easy that they came completely finished, painted to our own colour and glazed.

I was sceptical at first regards the quality. I have to say, what a great product. The windows have turned out fantastic and were very easy to construct. Highly recommended for anyone. I have never built windows before and I found the whole build process easy to follow. I'll definitely be using & recommending wooden windows again.
Excellent

I have just received a delivery from Woodenwindows and I just wanted to say a few words about the experience. I have been in the construction industry for 43 years and I have to say that this has been one of the most positive interactions with a supplier I have ever had. My purchase was handled by Matthew Burton who was absolutely brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, he rang back when he said he would, and he gave a realistic lead time on my order which was met to the day! He is an absolute credit to his employer. I was given a delivery slot of two hours and the windows were delivered bang in the middle. It is so refreshing when a company keeps its promises, especially in the construction industry when down time can be very expensive. The delivery driver was very helpful unlike some suppliers who just want to get off. Steve Leaverland.

Brilliant product and brilliant support.

Shoutout to Mat who gave very detailed and quick responses to a stuck door problem.

I have bought an escape window from Wooden Windows, Leon has been extremely helpful with my many questions (having never bought one and not really wanting to put one in my period building!). Thanks - can't wait to see it.

I've received an excellent service and product from a company that actually cares. Having had difficulty sourcing a new, measured and bespoke window to match my existing, Woodenwindows worked out a specification and price the same day and delivered in a remarkable 10 days. A special thanks to Mat, for all the quick, patient and and helpful replies to my emails. The delivery was on the day promised and spot on time, with a cheerful and very helpful driver.

My experience has been 100% positive and I'm happy to recommend this firm without any hesitation at all

Very high quality windows, fitted our building project perfectly. British made and delivered bang on time.

Especially excellent was the pre-sales and after-sales service, which was extremely responsive, clear and very helpful. I wish that our building had been 10% as good!

Very pleased with the service and the product. Ordering was very straight forward mainly due to the team at Wooden Windows. Even after accidentally throwing away a few screws, the team, especially Leon were extremely helpful.
I Would highly recommend.

First place I always go for wooden windows and stairs always helpful from start to finish,

If the window is as good as the ordering process then I will be super happy. Leon provided rapid, relevant and comprehensive info to make ordering my slightly modified kit window very straight forward. I only hope the assembly and installation go just as well then I'll be back for more.

Great company. Excellent customer service from Mathew Knight-Burton, very helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. These are exceptional windows. We ordered a beautiful sash and a couple of casement windows which compliment our old house perfectly. We plan order many more!

Great company, great product and first class customer services. Unlucky for us our Builder bodged fitting our windows but Leon and Matt at WW sent us out replacement beads for 8 windows, tape and silicon to repair at cost of freight to help solve the situation. In my experience finding firms willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy is rare these days. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending wooden windows. The Windows looks absolutely fantastic as well and good price.

Fantastic products again. And a great response replacing a glazing unit I cracked during installation.
Many thanks!

We’ve spent a few years renovating our home and the door we got from Wooden Windows has got to be our worst investment. Totally unstable. Swells and shrinks depending on the weather. Absolutely gutted as it’s all decorated in so a major job to remove. We’ve tried to persevere with it for a few years now but it’ll have to go. 😡

When I first made contact with wooden windows I was swiftly answered by Leon. He then helped me through my booking and made sure I understood everything.
When the window arrived he was patient and rapid with my numerous enquiries. When I damaged part of the handle he posted out a replacement part without my even asking.
I would have no hesitation in using the company again.

I've placed three orders since March 2023 in relation to the replacement of our 143 year old windows and have been impressed by the quick responses from Technical Advisors Leon and Andrew.
The entire process from ordering to delivery was flawless and I'm confident the new windows won't be far behind the originals in longevity!
Thank you

Windows are made with great quality wood.
Also the glazing was better than i expected.
Customer Service was bang on and the delivery was on time.
i would use this company again as being a carpenter.

Great service from Mat to rectify any issues with the windows. Very prompt response to any queries and problems, generally to do with getting my measurements right.
After sales service equally good and the product itself is top quality and good value.
Highly recommended.

The windows are very well made and look very good. Can’t wait to have them painted and installed.
However, I specifically need need to mention the superb aftercare I had from the Wooden Windows. The incorrect handles had been ordered by us and the company (specifically Mathew Knight-Burton, technical adviser)
couldn’t have a been more helpful and the replacements arrived within a day of ordering them.
Excellent and very friendly service!
