Check your order or else!
Unfortunately for us we couldn’t open all of our delivery before our renovations started. The 3 week guarantee is way too short, the delivery is 6-8 weeks and you need to order your doors in plenty of time before your work begins.
Both door were damaged before they were unpacked. The external door with a bit of wood missing from one of the window frame and the sliding door was damaged in two places on the side of the door. Because both of these were found after our 3 weeks (there was no time to unpack and safety keep all of the parts) none of these were covered under their policy.

Yes - I would trust this company!
Doordeals managed to supply a door with a non-standard (i.e. bespoke) fit that I couldn't get elsewhere. It did cost more and took approx 18 weeks to arrive, but they did state it would take that amount of time. They sent a drawing which I had to approve before finalising the order. When the time came, they have their own delivery drivers who are very helpful (or at least my one was). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some of their auto emails are confusingly worded - but never mind, the reality is that they did supply exactly what was required.

Poor quality Fire Door
Bought a fire door FD 30. Tried fitting it after the holidays (80 days after buying), which was kept safe inside the house until then. The door turned out to be bent and the outer sheet started coming off. Had to buy another Fire door.

Excellent Customer Sevice and good value
This is the second door that we have bought from Doordeals and both have been at competitive prices. We were very pleased with the first door, which we bought at least 2 years ago and so returned to the same company for a different external new door.
The wait time was not as long as expected and delivery was carefully planned with a call from the driver just before they delivered. Very polite and helpful driver and excellent customer service, on the occasion that I called to clarify a point. Very happy with this company and would definitely return to purchase new doors in the future, if needed.

Great service, excellent communication and extremely helpful staff
This is the first time I've used Doordeals and I must say I'm impressed. Their communication has been excellent, I've been kept informed about progress and when delivery would take place. I requested help moving the door into a garage because I couldn't be there and my elderly mum was. The driver was really helpful, did exactly as requested and kept me informed by text. Based on my experience I would be very happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Would Absolutely Recommend
I’m thrilled with my custom door which was made to fit my existing stained glass. The whole team were exceptional and didn’t miss a single enquiry. Even the delivery driver was friendly.
Compared to how much a joiner would have charged to make this door, I consider it fantastic value for money.
The door also arrived pretty much exactly on the 10 week schedule I was promised.

All round pleased Process, product, delivery
Ordered on a Sunday, advised may be 5/10 days delivery. Notified on the Monday that it would come on the Tuesday. Given a 3 hour delivery slot.
Driver very friendly and helpful. Carried doors and frames in. No 3rd party courier.
No complaints at all.
Would recommend, and will use again.
