I ordered purses from this store. The first time it was delivered according to tracking. It was not delivered! I emailed them and advised them of the error. I received an email response on Feb.20, which indicated the purses were being sent again. It is now April 1 and no purses. I emailed the same email address as the first email, requesting my money back. The email was not deliverable.
Don't buy from this store!! I wish i had read the reviews before I ordered. It's April Fool's Day and only a fool would order from them.

Request to peoples, do not buy anything from them. That are big scam. Pay them now and receive your goods after six months if they are very fast.

I ordered wrist watch one week ago and still I have not received any update. I sent two emails already inquiring the status of my order and asking for the tracking number but they don't reply. They will just send you emails about special offers and discount. Encouraging you to order their product and spend money. I am starting to think that this online store is nothing but fraud and a scam! Don't order anything.

Finally i received today march 12 26 my order from bluewolfstore.I hope you can reply to emails more quickly, have clearer shipping information, and improve your phone calls so that consumer confidence will improve.Thank you .Hapsari

This company should be taken off line. Provides NO customer support/service, false advertising.
Is deliberately misleading in website and advertising and yet it is allowed to continue trading. I have tried many times to reach a solution and have received no response from business.

They sent me leggings that were a size ex small, instead of the medium I ordered.
I’ve sent photos and emails asking give me return purchase mailing so I could send them back for a refund. They are cheap. Could’ve bought them at the Dollar Store. Do not use them. They are a scam company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are thieves. Never buy anything from them. I purchased a bag in June last year and it was never delivered. Finally it was delivered in Dec after so many threatening emails. When it was delivered it was the worst quality and was not worth what I paid. I was literally robbed by this store. Stay away from buying anything from this online store.

DECEPTIVE advertising and in BREACH of Return Policy. I purchased an Emma Leather Bag on special for $72.00 as advertised. On arrival it was not Leather but made of what appeared a cheap vinyl material. As per Blue Wolf Store Returns Policy I sent an email detailing my reasons for the return and requested the Authorized Return Address and Instructions so I could start the process of return. The policy states that Blue Wolf Store once of receipt of my email would send me the Authorized Return Address and Instructions within 48 hours as per policy. It has been 3 weeks and no response. I have sent 5 emails to date. I have submitted a Complaint to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.

Terrible Quality products. Do not waste your money. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they were extremely poorly made using very cheap materials. They were not leather but rather very thin paper mixed with some painted plastic. Even the ‘Velcro-like’ material was glued on and was too weak to hold. It took more than a month to receive the order which was mailed from China.

Never received my order. I tried to contact customer service thru email. Nobody reply on my email. This store is scam

The shoes ordered was wrong size and there's no response from the customer care service. There is no care of customers actually. Since 4 months they are lying in the store for no reason occupying space and money.
They don't refund neither do they exchange. Worst service ever,....

This is not a trustworthy store. Do not buy anything from them.

My advice give this supplier a wide berth poor product poor service

Do not buy from this site. They are not legitimate. Products do not get dispatched and emails go unanswered. You will loose your money.

WAS suppose to receive a ‘luxurious’ pair of cashmere leggings as advertised. What I did get could have come from a $Dollar Store. Garbage.
Satisfaction guaranteed. NOT!!! No response. Black Hole. DO NOT give these scammers your $$.

The item I ordered was not sent, however, I received an item that does not even appear in their online catalogue.
Have requested via Email a refund and postage paid packaging to return the lousy item. Also requested a SMALL hat and received an extra large WAY TOOOOO BIG non adjustable hat. Items were left outside my property and not delivered to my door as promised leaving it subject to theft. Have not received any responses to my repeated Emails. I am concerned other PENSIONERS have or are being RIPPED OFF. Have been forgotten and MONIES taken. RIP OFF. Do not ever use. John Grosseibl, Australia.
