Currently trying to return a pair of sandals which were way too small/narrow.
I have sent six emails, but to date have not received a reply.
Not the best customer service!

Ich bin auch auf diese Chinafirma rein gefallen! Habe 80 Euro bezahlt für Schrottware! Schuhe in weiß in Größe 36 bekommen, obwohl in 40 bestellt und die schwarzen in Größe 40 waren auch zu klein. Aber das war noch nicht alles! Die Schuhe sind nicht orthopädisch, wie versprochen, sondern sind billigste Verarbeitung und stinken ganz stark nach Chemie! Da wird einem übel vom Geruch! Selbst meine Sneaker von Aldi für 20 Euro sind 10 mal qualitativer!!! Die haben auf meine Stornierung nicht reagiert und meine ganzen Emails! Heute habe ich gesehen, dass sie unter anderem Namen genau den gleichen Betrug machen. Die Firma heißt The Colosy! Bitte niemals bestellen dort! Ich kontaktiere meine Bank, um eine Kreditkartenreklamation zu veranlassen und werde die Polizei informieren, da das richtige Betrüger sind! Bitte geht alle zur Polizei, damit dieser Firma das Handwerk gelegt wird!
So ein Betrug darf man sich nicht gefallen lassen!

To honest if I could say No stars I would my husband sent for a Coat when it arrived it was not big enough so we tried to contact the company through their email system.Constantly he got sent emails about other items they had on offer but nothing about my emails about the Coat not fitting.Finally we had email giving a person's name Peter so my husband emailed him which received a few offers of other items which my husband unfortunately decided they aren't worth the trouble.He was given 2 options keep Coat and receive 50% back.Option 2 send back to the Coat to the following address.Hangzhou Sumai

He chose option 1 He has blocked this company. To be honest it's put my husband off ordering from companies with no proper returns policy.

Sends out plastic shoes instead of leather as advertised. A pair of crocs are more stylish.
Expect customers to pay for returns so that they can get lost in transit and pay no refunds.
Offers vouchers to buy more plastic as a gesture.
The Chinese government out to crack down on these cowboys, people who do less in china are hanged.

I made an order of trousers on 6/2/26. It was confirmed but the product never arrived. Since then i have sent a series of emails in response to my query as the where my order is. I now find that when accessing tracking, it states there is no record. I have requested refund several times with no success. Now they are not replying to my emails.

This jacket is said to be water proof and good in freezing temperatures, well I can assure you that it is in no way waterproof and doesn’t keep you warm. I live in the UK and I wore it to see what it would be like but I am extremely disappointed. The jacket is nicely made and stylish and would be good in spring or autumn when it’s a bit chilly but not for very cold weather. This product is wrongly advertised and in my opinion needs to be changed

NORWAY JACKET
I must admit I was quite concerned having read the many negative reviews about this company AFTER i had placed my order and wondered if I'd experience the same issues as other reviewers.
My Jacket (id describe it as a fleece) has just arrived and is the correct specifications, it's smart, warm and comfortable with plenty of large pockets and a hood which I didn't expect so I'm quite relieved and must consider myself lucky that I don't feel scammed as I was half expecting to be.
I think the old addage of Buyer Beware still.applies with these purchases so I feel sorry for the 93% of other customers who clearly haven't had a positive experience. Had I read the Trust Pilot reviews beforehand I would have certainly not placed my order.
(I rather gulliblly expected it to be shipped from Norway and not China)

Ordered a jacket 7 weeks ago they said in transit no chance. Got a message from courier that they lost it not a word from lupi now I've asked for money back let's see how long that takes never ever Ordering from them again

Do not touch this brand or any other associated with Alberque New Mexico.Item ordered 5th January which was shipped and then lost by their equally incompetent carrier Yodel.Their idea of customer service is to fob you off with meaningless replies which lead nowhere

It seems that I got lucky. The Norwegian jacket arrived promptly, it was the correct size and the correct colour. It looks good, fits well, is comfortable and of competent manufacture. Good value in all.

Ordered a size S, but XL was received. Contacted customer services who said that I would have to pay the return postage to China, even though they sent the wrong size!!! The postage cost would be approximately the same price as the item bought! Customer service was shocking and would never buy from them again. Complete con!

Der Verkäufer bietet minderwertige Kleidung an. Rücksendung oder Erstattung kommt er nicht nach. Trotz Klärung über Paypal, wobei der Verkäufer ein Angebot über Rückerstattung machte, kam er dem nicht nach.

I brought a Norwegian all weather jacket. It arrived in the wrong size.
Despite sending 2 emails requesting a returns address and the correct size jacket jacket to be sent to me, otherwise a full refund will do.

They have totally ignored my request.

Disgusting customer service to say the least

Bought white trousers from lupi and when they arrived they were grey. Have had many emails from them and they wanted photos etc they are now offering me a 10 percent refund if I keep the trousers not impressed. Told them I want a full refund and asked them to send the return labels. One again they are fobbing me off. Wld never deal with them again !!!ordered in January still emails going on.

The Post Code wrote wrong, even I wrote to them from day one to correct it? The logstic delivered the parcel to wrong address! The photo of parcel is not for my home! The logstic new my address! Why not to check the photo is not for my address by sending one of their staff, especially the photo for outside door! My house door is white, and the photo they provided show the door colour is grey? Very simple! Instead of to chased me by tens of emails, just to not refund my money?

The so called mens banboo boxer shorts are just cheap . I ordered what I thought was going to be good quality . They arrived folded up in a chep plastic bag . I washed them and the stitching is poor and the pair stitching as come a part . Plus they dont look nothing what being advertised on YouTube . I agree with the other reviews . This company is a scam just take money and not refund . Please please do not fall for the advertisement on youtube .

Well, I'm gobsmacked by all the bad reviews on this company. I stupidly only checked TrustPilot after ordering a Norway Jacket from them and spent two weeks stressed in case I had been scammed. Jacket has just arrived. Its exactly as described online and lovely and toasty and warm. Very pleased with it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought I was ordering from a UK company and after ordering discovered it was coming all the way from China so had to wait patiently for it to arrive (took 13 days). Other than that hiccup I'm so pleased with the jacket I'm thinking of ordering another one.

If I could give 0 for these Bamboo Fibre Boxer Shorts I would! They're jointly branded The Lupi and Rizi but the same bunch. The 45 day money back guarantee can't be found but a much shorter one in the hidden small print and from a practical viewpoint worthless because of the return postage cost. The promotion that the reviews are 'Excellent 4.7' and '74,810+ Customers' are nowhere to be found on line, just the Trustpilot complaints here. The so called high quality is not and is very poor. The 1st pair split at the seam before the day was out. The fit is not 'perfect' but poor and very skimpy. The waist band uncomfortably curls over. They're nothing like the marketing which on closer examination I now see shows different types of construction especially the stitching.

Sweatshirt. Als ich mich per Mail beschwerte wollten sie ein Foto um das Problem zu analysieren.. Ha...ha.. Habe hohes Lehrgeld gezahlt. Diese Firma, mit chinesischer Ramschware, betrügt vorsätzlich. Bisher keine Retouradresse erhalten....Fabrik wahrscheinlich irgendwo in der chinesischen Provinz.
Bitte dort nichts kaufen....Betrüger!!!!
