I can’t believe the nerve. I got sent a fake pair of Skechers sandals. I had to contact Skechers themselves as Lloyds wouldn’t refund without confirmation of this. After 2 months the company are disputing this!!!! Apparently it is not good enough now for Skechers to say fraudulent company. They have to say fake items. If I don’t get proof AGAIN I will be charged back again. It’s not about the £34.99. It’s being scammed and them getting away with it. Why should we run around having to prove it. But I have now closed my Lloyds account so they can whistle for it. Also written to Skechers again just to prove a point. Not for them but for me. It’s a scammers world but I will have the last laugh on this minor victory ✌️

This company trading as IONLUXER is a complete scam and fraud. They use fake social media adverts under the pretence of being a UK Company when they are in fact based in Hong Kong. Once they have your card details they then setup a further monthly subscription. The goods are completely fake and shocking quality. They advertise as a completely different brand so its difficult to know who they are or where they are based until they take a card payment. Avoid like the plague.

Bought a jacket from here, arrived, it was nothing like the picture shown, it was horrendous the colour was different, the material was horrible and the arms were more like 3/4 sleeves!! Tried so many times to contact with no reply, do not recommend using these at all

The shoes are fake and so small. My emails keep bouncing back.

Bought a shirt for £35 thought was Adidas what arrived was a rag with a poor Adidas logo on quality was zero.
Sent 5 e-mails over 2 weeks too cough cough Customer service and never received a single reply.
Opened a charge back with my credit card company
3 weks later received an Email form them now using a UK in their web address asking why i was not happy and doing a charge back and would I cancel it as we are a small family company and struggling??????
I said you should have read the e mails I will not cancel the Charge back and your shirt is here to collect at your expense and i will contact trading standards and Adidas to tell them youare selling fakes.

Appalling company I ordered a pair of trainers, they arrived and were too small.
I e mailed to return and got a reply that their production was looking into it.
I e mailed back saying I just wanted to return them, then my e mail was rejected.
The notes on the account now say I am out of time to return these £36 trainers.

Ordered trainers supposed to be New Balance but were obviously fake . The sizing was not good .
They say you have to request a returns label and it would be free postage on your first order . I have requested this numerous times without success. My emails come back not delivered.

Stupidly, I thought I was buying two Adidas shirts from this retailer. They are fake and absolute garbage. Do not use this company.

I can see that I'm not alone in being scammed by this company. I received a pair of naff plastic sandals purporting to be Skechers brand. Mastercard and Skechers are aware. Avoid if you don't want to lose your money.

Cheap VERY poor quality sandal. Gucci STICKER peeling off only had on my foot for 30mins..
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH sorry just being honest. Would not buy from here again and trying to get refund.
