I bought a car from WLMG Reading two and a half years ago and to begin with I was not impressed with the service department. However, following the arrival of Kevin as the After Sales Manager, the standard has improved beyond recognition and now the quality of service is superb. The front desk, technical and engineering teams have all been impeccable, doing work immaculately and communicating knowledgeably and well. I feel the car is in excellent hands and I recommend them without hesitation. Particular thanks to Kevin and Jack on my recent visit.

This company is not on the Nissan dealers list . I had some issues with Wlmg in South Ruilslip made a complaint but the head office informed me this company WLMG Eastcote not cover under thier policy. Please contact Nissan head office for more detailed information

So just back from picking up our new MG ZS and the experience and customer service we received from Kevin at the dealership was next to none. Kevin from start to finish made us feel welcome with no salesman pressure at all.
I would highly recommend buying from here and especially going to see Kevin.

WLMG Reading did a great job with my MOT. They called me, to remind me of the MOT and followed up to make sure that I was still coming in, that it was still convenient and that I would be following the rules
around COVID-19. Without exception, everyone that I have spoken with at WLMG has been friendly, professional and helpful. My car came back tidy, clean and cared for. Especial thanks to Kevin and Ash who took time and care to deal with my queries (I'm not clued up on cars). A thoughtful bunch of lovely people, who provide great service. I definitely recommend.

Poor customer service. Throughout my long wait for my car, I went through 3 new members of staff, and they had clearly had minimal handover between them. Then I find out that the dealership didn’t even bother to register my order to get government grants in time, something which plenty of other dealers managed. When I did finally collect my car, I was given minimal support when I was nervous about making large transfers as payment, and then the car had scratches on it. By this time, I was given a new sales rep who is fantastic, and has sorted the scratches and arranged a free paint protection. Given the chance again, I’d avoid WLMG.

I just bought my Alpha Romeo Mito. This is probably the best car selling company I have ever met. They are not selling cars...They actually help you to find the car that best fits to your needs.
Dan was absolutely amazing! He did show me all the options and we went through, step by step, the financial proposal that could best fit my income. I am truly happy with my choice. Wlmg rocks!

Absolute cowboys!

I agreed a deal with the salesman, who after speaking with his direct superior, offered me a small discount on the purchase of a used car.

A form was left for me to fill in with my details while the salesman in his own words said 'I will go and get the card machine'

5 minutes later the salesman and his superior return saying that after speaking with their boss and that they are sorry and can no longer sell me the car at the agreed price.

Absolute time wasters.

Went to buy a Abarth 500 in Aug 2019 at WLMG Reading.
After securing it with a £5000 deposit I picked it up a week later to find a staggering 1600mls extra on the clock from when I secured it with the deposit. No explanation was given. I was offered a 25% discount on my next service by the company customer service but after my dealings with this company I wouldn't trust them to honour it. Beware take a photo of the mileage on the clock when buying or having your car serviced at this terrible dealership. Better still don't deal with WLMG. I'd give zero if I could.

I recently purchased a non franchised car from kia eastcote and within one week the car has failed, which left me andmy elderly parents stranded on a busy main road. Apparently I had rescue service, which kia failed to give me the paperwork and contact details of ! Had to call the dealer up to obtain number and reply was "we will find out and call you quickly" they called 47 minutes later! Even from the day of collection the car was not prepped and items listed to be changed or replaced were not done. I am very appalled and disappointed with the attitude and service I have received. I have mainly bought new cars from this company and had some issues, but this is the far worst experience I have had.

Just collected my nearly new car from WLMG Eastcote. The car is great but the service I have received during the process has left an awful lot to be desired: calls not returned, car not ready for collection when it was promised, not ready for appointments when we arrived on time, sales people who don’t know how the car they are selling works, ...

Had excellent customer service from Kevin when my car was due it’s MOT. Very efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you so much

WLMG broke my rear windscreen wiper when they did the MOT and service, it fell off the second I started the car, they said they'd order a new one and get me back in to fit it. I was understanding about it even though I'll have to waste time and petrol driving back to Reading. They stuck cable ties around the broken wiper so 'you'll still be able to use it' but it's too long for my window and gets wedged every time. Kevin said he'd ring me on a certain day but he didn't, fed up with chasing😠

Trust Pilot Reviews - 67% of customer reviews rated WLMG as BAD - the lowest possible ranking out of a scale of 5! That's a HUGE 67% of customers unhappy!

I WOULD NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company. I have had to deal with sales misrepresentation, appalling customer service and a serious lack of consistency in the staff.

WLMG has had a number of in-house issues which has resulted in them refusing to honour a number of pre-sale commitments due to untrained salesstaff selling things they don’t/won’t deliver on i.e. if you buy SMART Car repair during the sales process in many cases your local garage may not be able to do cosmetic repairs and any scratches etc. won’t be fixed during a standard service. After purchasing it my WLMG garage couldn’t even tell me where I would get it done. Also I was promised 3 year free servicing during the sale which they also won’t honour ‘’I’m sorry the salesman shouldn’t have said that and he has left now’’ is apparently an acceptable response when I booked my service…

Over the course of 7 months my efforts in trying to contact them and get basic information from them has driven me to despair to the point that I am filing a formal complaint with the The Motor Ombudsman and Watchdog.
I cannot advise people enough, do not deal with this organisation. My experience is not limited to 1 incident, but a number of incidents. I am resorting to posting this review as it seems that resolving customer issues is not a priority for WLMG.
