Good product but harassing messages afterwards
Delivery was good, product was what I ordered with good dates. When there were issues with the tracking code they were quick to respond.
However, they proceeded to harass me to try and get a review on trustpilot, including multiple emails asking "Are you there?" and messaging me on whatsapp. So here's your review Wingsmart. You are blocked, stop harassing me.

Absolute con artists
Absolute con artists. I ordered 3x different types of crisp flavour and what I received was missing half the order, plus a couple of random things I didn’t even order. The seller doesn’t care. I’ve reached out to them countless times and they keep fobbing me off. I’m having to make a chargeback claim with PayPal. Ridiculous. Avoid.
**UPDATE** they have tried to blackmail me into removing my review for a 25% refund. Horrendous how they are still allowed to be in business!

Shipping cancelled without explanation
Placed an order on 28th June, Shipping was confirmed on 29th June and then shipping cancelled on the 1st of July. No response to 2 emails regarding my order. Luckily was a bit wary in the first place and paid by Klarna for buyer protection and have started the process of forcing a refund.
Update:
After emailing their sister company, was able to get to a resolution and refund issued. Added an extra star for the quick refund and email explaining where the problem arose.

This company has the worst customer service of any company I've ever had to deal with in my life. My order was thrown away by customs, I was never notified I had to pay import fees. Months of going back and forth (when I would actually get a response from them) and they never offered to resend the item or give me a refund. It's been 8 months of going in circles with them. They just tell me to give them time and hope I go away. At this point I don't know why they won't just give me a refund. Usually businesses care about the customer experiences- they do not, at all.

I would not say the experience was great, When I purchased my item and also the delivery charge I was later charged €19.50 cent
I accept this was a charge imposed by the Irish government but it would have made a difference had I known in advance
