We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we did not receive your cancellation email, so we were unable to cancel your order before dispatch. There was also an issue with the shipping address, which affected the delivery and caused a delay. As the parcel is now being returned to us, we will process your refund once we receive the returned parcel. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
