Windsor is a GREAT alternative to many other tools. Yes, there's some teething issues with the platform and the platform's UX/UI could be improved but their Customer Service level is really really great. I know they're always improving the platform.

Love it, really good connector, widely used by our agency for our clients :)

Windsor has been a game-changer for our data analysis. We've been using it for several months to extract sales data from our Amazon account, and it seamlessly integrates with Looker Studio to create accurate and detailed dashboards. The setup was straightforward, and the data is reliable. It has saved us a significant amount of time and effort in manually compiling reports.

I have developed the facebook meta ads automation bot by using the windsor.ai.
It's very comfortable for get all data even though it's ads status is disabled.

We subscribed to the standard plan, expecting at least a reliable experience. Instead, the load speed is painfully slow, and the platform keeps crashing.

The customer service was somehow even worse. I reported that I was unable to load just two months' worth of data. They supposedly tested it on their end and didn’t reply for nearly two hours. When they finally responded, all they said was, “Hey, it works on my end, so it should work for you too.”

Well, it didn’t. And let’s be clear: no service should take two hours to load such a small amount of data. This level of support and performance is unacceptable for a paid plan.

The customer support eventually solved the issue about the connection with Prestashop.

It took a while but they got it sorted out.

Windsor.ai is easy to use and delivers all the data I need for full funnel marketing. I have been using this tool for close on 2 years and their product development is good.

Once you figure it out it just works. and it's cheaper than other similar services.

Windsor.ai is now a crucial tool in our day-to-day operations. We integrate data from various media channels with BigQuery quickly and transparently and have never had any type of instability. Every time we needed support, they were quick and resolved all cases.

I have a love/hate relationship with Windsor.ai.

Love that it's the cheapest on the market, but hate almost everything else about it -- from support, to UI, to documentation, and data accuracy.

At first, they were very helpful for easy questions, but once there's a data inaccuracy or lack of clarity on something more complicated -- they ghost you. I've had tickets open for months and they haven't even dignified me with a response.

Many connectors aren't pre-processed whatsoever. Their hubspot and shopify stuff for example are raw and don't encapsulate everything on the platform. Supermetrics and Funnel.io are far superior in this regard because they organize the data so that you can efficiently find it.

Their documentation is awful. It's disorganized, unmaintained, unclear, and incomplete. They literally just dumped the names of metrics and don't even define it whatsoever.

Their search functionality within their UI doesn't work. It doesn't scan through the full text. It seems like it only matches with the first key. For example, if you are looking for an event related to "purchase", you would expect to type in "purchase" into the search bar and get every metric/dimension with "purchase" anywhere in the word. That is NOT the case, and it's very frustrating because there are often 100+ metrics on some of these connectors with vague documentation. Searching for "purchase", won't pull up "conversion_purchase" or "custom_ga_purchase" so you're left sifting through hundreds of metrics in a buggy UI, and you end up just making API requests so you can find the metric that corresponds with what you want.

They roll out buggy updates to their UI and it's obvious they don't test or really care about the user experience. For example, they recently launched a new flow for setting up API pulls and it's incredibly buggy. It constantly throws vague errors that don't make sense and when you reach out to support, they won't follow through to resolution.

All that said -- I eventually got it to meet the needs of our business. But I burned through so much time because they aren't organized and communicative.

Terrible support, updated my details and tried to move to monthly plan and didn't give me the option so charged me annually when I contacted support they didn't care and said all sales final and no refunding the difference and moving me to a monthly plan - even if I cancel

Their customer service is poor.

I asked for help but they told me to fix it myself. Its not over 24 hours and I havent recieved anything helpful

After a few months, the WooCommerce fields needed to be updated. They gaslit us for a month saying it was an error on our side. We scheduled calls to get in contact with them and resolve it, but they canceled the call an hour before saying the issue was going to be resolved that day. The issue is still not resolved, and I'm asking for a refund for the last month, which we have been waiting for their support. I don't recommend them at all. Their product is not up to par.

I bought a trial last year that converted to a paid plan. Never used the product after the first month, then got hit with a renewal charge this year and they refuse to refund it. Awful business practices.
