Hi, thank you for the feedback. To set the record straight for anyone reading this: no payment was taken for the month in question, that invoice has since been written off and the subscription is cancelled, so nothing further will be charged. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Manage Subscription. What applied here is that an invoice for a period already delivered was outstanding, and our billing requires that to be settled before a subscription can be changed or cancelled. The account remained fully active and in use throughout that period. Where we do agree with you is that the page did not explain any of this, so the option simply looked unavailable. We are changing that, so the reason and the next step are shown on screen. If anything is still open, please write to support@windsor.ai.

We reviewed what happened, and your request was handled poorly on our side: our first reply appears never to have reached your inbox, your follow-up email went unanswered, and you had to repeat your case in chat. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we are fixing what caused it, including the email address our replies are sent from and how ticket statuses are tracked.

Thank you for raising this, and we're sorry that your earlier emails went unanswered. That part is on us and we're addressing it.

For anyone else reading: this is not a payout-processing delay. When we reviewed the account, Windsor.ai was being promoted through a coupon and deals site presenting "deals" and savings that did not correspond to any actual offer. Our Partner Program terms, which every partner accepts at signup, do not permit promotion through coupon or deal sites, or advertising discounts and savings we have not authorized. Commissions generated that way are not payable under the agreement, which is why these were held rather than paid.

We've now contacted you directly by email with the full explanation.

On the substance you were right: the Google Ads year and month aggregation issue you reported was a real bug, our developers confirmed it and deployed a fix on 25 June. We should have gotten there faster and kept you better informed while it was being worked on. For accuracy: we didn't advertise write capabilities before they launched, and at the time of your review the first Google Ads write actions were already rolling out. In the weeks right after, we released exactly what you described needing: creating campaigns, ad groups and ads, editing budgets and bidding strategies, and managing keywords. We do take the point that our plan comparison left room for assumptions, that's fair feedback. On the refund, our terms make all sales final and we apply them consistently to every customer. We couldn't match your review to a support conversation, so if you raised these points with us and didn't get a proper answer, please reach out at support@windsor.ai, we'd like to fix that. On the substance: the Salesforce connector has had a significant round of improvements since early June, including Opportunity Record Type and OpportunityLineItem support, campaign hierarchy fields, and reliability fixes, with more on the roadmap. Your point on documentation and templates is fair, and it has gone to the team. On refunds, our terms do make all sales final, we state this openly and apply it to everyone equally. If you tell us what was missing for your Salesforce use case, we'll answer honestly whether it's covered now.

Hi Vlad, you were right on this one. When you asked us to cancel on 21 May, we told you that you could leave the unpaid renewal alone and that it would cancel itself after a few retries. That advice was wrong: the retry succeeded five days later and you were charged for the full year. We have refunded the 228 USD and the subscription is cancelled. The part we most need to fix is that when you came back and pointed at that conversation, the refund was declined on policy grounds without anyone checking it, so we are changing both the advice we give about failed renewals and how we handle a refund request that refers to something we promised earlier. Sorry for the time this took, and thank you for pressing on it.

Hi Nodari, thanks for the feedback. We want to understand what happened, but one quick note: our app isn't an LLM, so "hallucinating" in the AI sense isn't something it can do. That makes us think you ran into a specific bug or unexpected behaviour, and we'd like to pin it down.
Could you share a bit more so we can investigate?

- What exactly did you see the app do? A screenshot or short description of the screen/feature would help a lot
- The email on your account and roughly when this happened

Hi — thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry we let you down. A 10–15 day wait for troubleshooting is not acceptable, and the contrast you're pointing out (fast at billing, slow at helping) is exactly the kind of experience we're working hard to fix.
