Really easy ordering and lovely design sofabed
Really easy ordering online from start to finish. I had to make a change in colour of Sofabed which was done without any fuss. Sofabed looks good and overall feels like very good quality. It's also a lovely design. Delivery was also on time and they notified me prior to delivery, which is great as I work fulltime. Good experience all round Thank you.

Exceptional Sofa Company - This company is a rare find!
This company is a rare find, stunning quality hand made sofas at great prices, and nothing is too much trouble.
Happily agreed to make and supply side cushions in place of scatter cushions.
We bought two Foxham sofa’s in Evergreen velvet, with hollow fibre seat cushions and they’re lovely to look at and super comfortable. We did have a small issue but this was resolved speedily and with great communication throughout. This company are quite simply head and shoulders above the likes of Loaf. Highly recommended!!!!

Uncomfortable
Sorry to say this as the customer service was lovely. Our sofa is the most uncomfortable one we have had. We bought this without trying out the sofa , so we are also to blame. The seat cushion is short in width to sit properly, despite not having long legs. It's very uncomfortable.

Excellently crafted and super comfy!!
I am patting myself on the back for ordering our new sofabed from Willow & Hall. It is really comfortable to sit on and guests have had a great night's sleep on it. Willow & Hall offered many choices including style of sofa/sofabed, fabric texture, colour and cushion fillings - and it is seriously well-made!
Ordering was easy, and i was informed that delivery would be a week earlier. Despite a slightly awkward turn from the front door into the living room, it was delivered with real care and attention.
I am so chuffed with our new sofa/sofabed!

BIT CRAP
BIT CRAP. Terrible delivery service, messed up my hall and refused to take it in first door and then we got it through (with ease) refused to take it through 2nd door. Was very straight forward delivery but they were completely incompetent. Customer service OK although not great. gave up in the end and got sofa from elsewhere, dont have time for rubbish service.

Hello Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re so pleased to hear that the ordering process felt straightforward and that receiving fabric samples helped you choose with confidence. Clear communication and a smooth delivery are just as important to us as the quality of the furniture itself, so it’s wonderful to know everything ran seamlessly.
It’s especially reassuring to hear your kind words about our delivery team and that they took care to unpack, check and remove all packaging for you.

This sofa is mid
The sofa itself is nice, comfy to sit on, a bit shallower than I wanted but comfy all the same. However the communication between the company, us and the shippers wasn’t ideal. We first received a totally wrong sofa and therefore were left with no sofa over the holidays, Willow did apologise and ensure we had the first delivery after the holidays and we did. The sofa came in good condition but it did not have the additional cushions I ordered. The employee I spoke to online didn’t seem to know anything about order or the product and I got the money back in the end rather than the cushions. One thing to note is, if you purchase removable arms, which we did, both movers said in order to take off the arms they would have to cut through the bottom lining. I feel like this should be communicated about the product online as I do not want a sofa what has a permanent tear in it. The mattress isn’t that comfortable, I feel like I can feel the bar in the middle, we chose the middle option….

Dear Monika,
We’re very sorry to read that you feel this way.
We understand how frustrating it can be if a mattress is not performing as expected. Your concern has been taken seriously, and we have arranged for an independent technician to visit and inspect the mattress at no cost to you.
This inspection allows us to properly assess the issue and ensure that, if a manufacturing fault is identified, it is resolved appropriately. We will review the findings carefully once the visit has taken place.
We always aim to support our customers fairly and professionally, and we hope the inspection will provide clarity.

Elmley Sofa Bed
I ordered the Elmley Sofa Bed in the hunter velvet fabric and have had it for three months. Delivery went smoothly, although one corner of the sofa arrived damaged. This was resolved without any issues about a month later.
My parents used the sofa bed over Christmas and found it very comfortable. I’m still getting used to it while watching TV, but it’s becoming more comfortable with time.
Ordering a sofa online without seeing it first was nerve-wracking, but overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent quality product
We wanted to buy a sofa bed for regular use and chose this company who make their products by hand. We took delivery 3 months ago and we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s solid, robust and takes seconds to set up.
Every part is well made - we chose the Buttermere 2 seater in plum, moleskin velvet which feels sumptuous & looks gorgeous. No one has guessed it’s a sofa bed.
We did buy a 10cm mattress topper for extra comfort and we get a great night’s sleep.
Great customer service from this firm too.
If you’re looking for a really excellent quality sofa bed, we couldn’t recommend Willow & Hall highly enough.
