Terrible experience over delivery
Terrible experience over delivery not resolved lost money and items! Seems like Simone is the only person who actually resolves problems not customer service.
And stay away from AJB goole they will charge you silly amounts for cheap items to get delivered! What a terrible experience all round.

Having read all of the details relating to your order, I am satisfied that the team have tried to help you with making alternative arrangements for you to secure your goods. It is regretful that you were not happy with the postage quote provided by the vendor and that you were unhappy with the service supplied by Evri when arranging your own collection. Both of which were outside of our control as the Auctioneer.

Refund quickly issued
Hi,

Contact was maintained at all times and a refund was speedily issued to my account.

AJB Auctions through William George
Brought an item through this Auction House. A partner Auction Company AJB Auctions use this platform.
I got charged £15 for postage when it actually costs less than £4 to post. Package was poorly wrapped (must have taken less than 5 mins to wrap) Less than 12inch x 12inch, weighed 250 grams.
Totally ripped off for postage and packing.
Never buy through AJB Auctions unless you physically pick the item up.

Items were faulty and despite my many efforts nothing happened!
I will not recommend anyone for this.

Amazing service
I purchased 2 wedding dresses and 4 prom dresses recently at auction. The whole process was slick from start to finish.
As soon as the auction was over my invoice was issued and I asked for postage. I explained I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind waiting till the shipping was sorted.
It was at this point that the staff came into their own esp the fabulous gentleman I dealt with. He went out of his way to get the dresses to me and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The dresses arrived in fantastic condition, everyone nicer than the previous.

Great customer experience
Great customer experience, from navigating the website to the payment process once you've successfully bid. Seamless. The seller of my lots was prompt and clear in his communications AND I received the goods a day earlier than expected. I will certainly use WG's services again.

Got sold an absolute load of rubbish at online auction that could not be viewed when I complained they actually agreed with me on some of the items and offered a refund. This turned out to be a waste of time as months down the line and numerous complaints I have still not received any refund and no they aren’t even responding to me
