To be honest, in the beginning I was sceptical as I was placing an online order for several thousand pounds. I read mixed reviews and could see that some of the less favourable ones were not justified. Also what the company were offering for the price was way more that any competitor I could find. When I read that the air source heat pump could be withdrawn at any time, I didn't think I would actually receive it but preceded to order as it was still a good price. I was amazed and delighted when it actually came and that turned a good price into a great one.
The installers arrived quite late in the evening and had obviously had a very busy day but what was equally obvious was that they were intent on doing a good job and delivering excellent customer service. They installed the hot tub and explained the functions and how to use the chemicals. There were 2 small parts missing to enable connection of the heat pump and I got a real sense that the engineer was really disappointed that he wasn't able to complete the job on the day but they returned within the week to sort it. All working fine and very pleased. I would highly recommend Wild Water Spas based on value for money and service!

Our spa arrived Thursday and can’t fault Paul’s delivery team.
We had been told it would require a crane to lift over brick wall and they hadn’t told Paul that but amazingly they managed to get in anyway.
Spa set up and explained. The insulation that we had paid extra for wasn’t what I was expecting so was able to send back for a refund. Spa now ready to use and very pleased with it. We purchased the Adonis which is a compact bargain model as we don’t have a large space. The only issue is the pillows keep detaching from the spa which is annoying but other than that seems great. The cover lifter wasn’t in stock when they delivered but Paul has already sorted coming back out Wednesday with it and a filter as an apology!

Absolutely love our new hot tub, me the husband and kids are always in it, the service we received was amazing and any questions we had was always answered, smooth and professional company, I would highly recommend, Thanks guys..Rose

Bought new filters on line a week ago and have whatsapped, emailed and rung( the phone rings then goes dead) with no reply. No filters, no idea what’s going on. Pity because the hot tub, a year old now, is brilliant.
As an update, What can I say but thanks guys. Filters arrived by courier and my tub is back in action in time for the heatwave.

We purchased a Topaz Single hot tub and it arrived Monday. Today is Friday and the whole family has been enjoying it. Wild Water Spa responded quickly to questions I asked before purchase, delivery was only a 2 week wait, and the delivery was flawless. The tub was delivered on the day promised with everything I ordered. Setup was quick. The delivery person explained all the operations to me and I have had no problems testing and adding chemicals. Tub looks great and is fun.

This is my honest and true review

They are very good at their sales pitch, but after care is absolutely shocking- i have been trying to get a quote from them to replace broken/rusted parts
They will ask you to post a positive trust pilot review on trust pilot after delivery, but beware thats where the customer service ends.
My tub ( miami typhoon ) is 2.5 years old, the speakers have rusted and water is getting in from a broken seal, the diverter valve has broken and they stated they can not get the part and that it is discontineud which is an outright lie
dont buy from them the guarantee is worthless as they provide through a third party, the av is only warranted for a year, and the parts are nearly impossible to obtain honestly I have had a nightmare trying to get them to communicate
I have all the messages and responses if anyone needs to see them. Buy from a reputable dealer who can tell u where the hot tub is from and how readily parts are available... the miami spas are from north america allegedly, i have had some success in another supplier able to get the parts and for an awfull lot less than wild water spa indicated they might cost ...£250 pounds less for the speakers which are 45 pounds each they wanted 350 for the parts and the fitting.....

I have not heard from WWS in over a year
I have since sourced the parts from an alternative supplier who quoted over half the price
I reiterate my warning do not buy anything from this company. Their warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on.

Delivery guys were amazing, and installed really quickly. A demo was given along with some helpful tips. The delivery was 8PM so was dark by the time installed but the guys did a fantastic job. Communication with the company was mainly via WhatsApp but all questions and queries were quickly answered ensuring that we were ready for delivery

Treat the kids to a new hot tub for Easter, they are absolutely over the moon with it as are we. Fab customer service and great delivery. Quality product and I was over joyed with the price compared to other company’s! Thank you so much.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and got a great deal as they had an offer going.
Tub was due to be delivered yesterday but due to traffic and hold ups they were running late so they called and gave me the option to deliver/install late last night or come first thing. I decided on 1st thing and they came lovely and early meaning the tub was set up and filled early enough for it to be used tonight!
The engineers were great and went through everything with me as well as some tips and hints as never had a hot tub before. They also went the extra mile and popped to the local DIY store for some longer cable so I could use the plug in option as we haven't had the electrics installed yet.
Great value, great service and highly recommended.

I would have given thus company zero stars if I could. I have paid thousands for a hot tub and it has never worked properly for the two years I've had it. The only way I got a response from them was to place a negative review, at which point they threatened to not fix it unless I removed the review. They sent engineers who made one attempt to fix it and said they might need to return. They never did. The only response I get now is that I have to pay to get it fixed as it has not been serviced annually, but it has never worked long enough to get it serviced. It is now going to cost me to get it fixed and Wildwaterspas refuse to help. The company may be great when things go well, but don't expect help if there is a problem. Good luck if you buy from these people.

In response to their reply, as I said, it has never worked for long enough to get it serviced. It takes so long to get a reply from the company and get the engineers sent out that we have hardly had a chance to use the hot tub in 2 years! The only ones threatening anyone is the company threatening me if I don't take down the negative reviews.

Ordered Legend hot tub over Easter weekend.. I ordered the wrong colour and asked for delivery.. I sent an email to request colour change... I was contacted via WhatsApp the following working day to confirm change and also sent a date for delivery for just over 2 weeks.. I then contacted them to see if we could pick it up instead.. They immediately contacted me to say we could collect the next day! Which we did! Saving me £250, which was refunded to me straight away..Hot tub up and running 1 week after ordering! Superb customer service! Would definitely recommend this company!
Superb customer service

The delivery was excellent. The driver pulled the tub on a sledge to its location and installed the lid lifter. Not filled yet but so far very pleased 😀

Sales experience was excellent communications through email and WhatsApp. Harry the engineer was very helpful and professional during the install which was seem less a credit to your company.

Hot tub is well built, easy to use and a good investment. Thankyou Wildwaterspas👍
