Great experience, really good communication during ordering, delivery and when we had a very minor issue that the guys help me sort I’m minutes. Hot tub is one month old now and no issues so very happy so far!

Just Brilliant
Brilliant. The advice by phone was very helpful in choosing the size and adding th extra insulation. Definitely the right choice there. The price was really good. And more importantly the delivery and set up so quick and easy. There was no fuss getting it installed with the driver showing us exactly how to use the chemicals etc. We love our hot tub and would definitely recommend Wild Water. Great product and lovely team of people.

Very helpful in their communications and customer service. Sam was very patient and helpful and called regularly to make sure things went well, and Ste was an excellent driver/delivery man who was lovely to talk to. We love our hot tub. Definitely recommend this company.

Excellent Experience
I ordered my hot tub with wild water spas just before Christmas ahead of January delivery and the experience has been brilliant from start to finish. Paul delivered the hot tub yesterday and he is such a great guy! He was very patient with all my questions as it was my first time to own a hot tub and he provided all the guideline and tips to run and enjoy my hot tub. Thank you Paul!!

Great spa and good value…
Delivery was much later than the time stated and there was no communication from drivers or spa company updating me. I wasn’t sure if they were going to turn up and I’d already paid the full balance so was a bit worried.
They did eventually turn up and just managed to fit the spa through my side passage into my garden.
Delivery guys were great (Paul and I can’t remember the name of the other driver), very friendly and gave me good tips for upkeep of the spa. I was sent a text showing basic details on how to work it and set the clock etc.
There were a couple of concerns and issues before delivery but these were cleared up before purchase and delivery but all by WhatsApp.
I’m really happy with my spa and the delivery and so far have had no issues.

I messaged your company the morning of the delivery day to say the 6 work men from our builders leave our place at 17.00 as no builders work on site after that time do they.
Wasn't our fault.
Also I've had a visit from a hottub service company in the southwest to listen to the excessive noise from the motor without the jets going and he has confirmed this noise level isn't normal.
