Kai and Finn were brilliant
The guys Kai and Finn were brilliant, they did a fantastic job installing Wildanet broadband in my property, I was really impressed with their positive can-do attitude, they respected my property and went above and beyond to get everything perfect. They are efficient and professional, and explained everything I needed to know, even helping me set up my connection. These two guys really care about doing a good job, putting the customer first, highly recommended!

Beacon 3.2 instillation…
I was struggling to install two Beacon 3.1 mesh boosters. Wildanet were very helpfull with tech support. Quick to answer phone and patient working with me to sort the issues out. Very good support. Many thanks

Excellent service
I received a notice from Wildanet that fibre was now available in my area and in just one week, I now have 1Gb fibre installed. Very efficient service and installation. Delighted.

Moved our broadband from EE to Wildanet to keep the cables underground, The team at Wildanet were very polite and efficient to get this sorted!, any of the work that was carried out was clean and tidy. Very good communication from the team, Aaron was the engineer that did the final connection, he was very polite and professional and did a neat and tidy job(really superb chap, real credit to Wildanet) very happy with how smooth everything has gone! many thanks Rich.

Our new fibre connection was installed this morning. Chloe was the engineer, and she was prompt, polite, efficient and friendly. My mom and I agree that she did a great job, cleaning up after herself, and making sure everything was neatly installed. A job well done!

Been with wildanet for a couple of years now and only went off line twice due to storms, today Matt.t came out and upgraded our Internet, very happy with the new speed.

Good service
The initial interaction with Wildanet was good then I heard nothing until the team turned up on my doorstep to install the box outside, no prior warning nothing. I then had the lovely Chloe come and finish the installation a few days later. Chloe was so friendly and happy to answer any questions I had and helped try and connect the WiFi to my tv. The only real negative is that the booster box I ordered did not come when the router was installed so I’ve only got broadband in half my house at the moment

We're sorry to hear that you weren't given advance notice before the installation team arrived, we do have emails that should have gone out to make you aware but may have been delivered to your spam folder. We also apologise that your booster hasn't arrived yet; we completely understand how frustrating it is to only have partial coverage in your home in the meantime. Our engineers do not carry boosters on their vans and these are dispatched once your service goes live. We are aware this can be confusing so its something we are actively looking into.

Your Wildanet team arrived today and they were very efficient. The connection was quick and little fuss. However, the road to this day was bumpy, the survey team were less smooth and expecting that I'd be at home without prior notice. I had to obtain permission to access the utility pole in a neighbors garden, which was fine, but felt this should have been handled by Wildernet. The service is noticably better no prixelling or buffer or error messages. Overall very pleased.
