Missing pieces
The Smart Stick looks great, but a) it arrived without any installation/safety instructions (which seems odd given that I'm going to be using it in traffic with a large kayak).... and most important b) it arrived without a pin/bolt of any kind that would attach the aluminum pipe to the black plastic piece that goes around the seat post.

Hello Paul! Thank you for your review. We are glad that the Smart Stick arrived ok, however it seems that we may have missed adding a QR skewer to your order, we do apologize for this! I will send you an email today to find out where we can send that part out to, as well as get you a tracking number. Thanks for letting us know.
Best regards,

Timely delivery of a well made product
Timely delivery of a well made product. Only detractor from (5) Star rating was that the small dog trailer was advertised as having (2) trailer hitches..only received (1)..

Poor installation instruction - flimsy product
Poor installation instructions. I basically have a very wobbly kayak carrier. The nuts keep falling off the wheels and can’t be tightened. Seems like a poor design

Quality products and fast service!
I originally ordered a bike cart from this company off of Amazon and have been extremely pleased with the quality. I just ordered parts directly from this company for this cart just in case I needed them. I was impressed with how quickly the order came in and was exactly what I needed. Thanks for the service!

Great buggy!
Helpful when ordering for our daughter that is disabled & is a adult. Gave us good information on what would work for her. When we received her buggy we did find the directions for assembly were lacking. Bolts that were in buggy are misleading as we thought those were the ones to attach the tire & of coarse would not lock in position. We called to get help. This could all be resolved by better instructions indicating that two different pins or bolts. Buggy is well thought out & our daughter loves it! Thanks for a great design.
