DO NOT Purchase GO DADDY'S PERSONAL PROTECTION SERVICE DOMAIN BY PROXY LLC GO DADDY'S ADVERTISED WEBSITE AS the Method of Protecting your Personal Information from being Posted, But it's ONLY here to EXTORTION of Money before GO DADDY & Or DOMAIN BY PROXY LLC as GO DADDY'S ADVERTISED that GO DADDY will RELEASE & or TRANSFER your DOMAIN NAME ANYWHERE or ANYTIME, but I have been trying to get GO DADDY to Honor GO DADDY'S ADVERTISED WEBSITE, But GO Daddy as I have Found Out that GO DADDY'S REFUSED to PROVIDE ANY SERVICES EVER PERIOD or ANY ACCESS TO my PAID CONTRACTED GO DADDY ACCOUNT!! So less than 12 days Left before I MUST PAY GO DADDY'S EXTORTION PAYMENTS OR GO DADDY'S REFUSED to RELEASE or TRANSFER my PAID CONTRACTED DOMAIN NAME as FALSELY ADVERTISED!!!

So impressed. The mat is durable and the app is super fun and actually helpful for my swing. I’d say it’s much more accurate than I expected.

The golf pad only lasted 200 swings and it was destroyed. Chunks coming out of it. Support was a great help and replaced the pad immediately. So I was very impressed with them. The product itself wont hold up and now i understand why it was so cheap. The product is useful and has some great features. If I always need a pad after two sessions its not worth it, unless they keep replacing it.

The CSRs were extremely helpful and efficient.

My 17 year old son absolutely loves this golf simulator. He set it up in our living room and hooked it up to our 75 inch TV. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because he ended up ripping the mat that you hit, although Golf daddy did a one time courtesy replacement since that happened the first day he used it.

The customer support was great. If you read the directions it goes well. Everything i needed was there. I sent pictures and next day had instructions.

Mark handled the tripod situation as soon as he got it from AI. Now the AI support is horrible, prefer speaking to a person which handled my situation in 2 minutes of email. Thanks Mark

My order indicated delivered. Only one of the 2 items had been...so I emailed Customer Serive. Got a reply in less than 24 hours asking a couple more questions and pics of the delivery. I responded and within another 12 hours they found the order had been split by the carrier and provided new tracking. Followed up with me the day...and I received the balance of my order. Excellent response time, and no BS excuses. Excellent Customer Service...10 out of 10 for me.

The product is a fairly new concept, Give the company a break to work out the bugs. Just a few too many boogies, not enough pars at his point😎🥸🤪. The support team was very good, worked diligently on the return process, and very understanding on all issues.

Requested a refund in January after mailing back my Golf Daddy & extra pads. Forgot about it and just this week realized I didn’t get a refund. Contacted Golf and they responded quickly and told me they were still waiting for my tracking number. I explained that I no longer have it. They looked up my account and issued me a full refund. This is excellent customer service and I am very grateful for their quick and positive response.

I had to return my golf daddy because my ceiling wasn’t high enough for proper use. Thankfully, the customer support team made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, quickly assisting with my return and refund request.

Had a great experience with their customer support. Had an issue in the app because I have an older phone and they were able to connect to it and resolve it. Really a 10/10 product and they've grown alot since last year.

The app is incredibly stable and provides accurate simulations. Their gamification makes this better than any other simulator in the world.

The product is great, and support is great so far. I reached out to get some help with the setup, and got a reply within an hour. Great investment worth $100.

They did not question my return for me it wasn't the right product. I think it has potential but product was very difficult to sink with my phone and the mat itself.

Reached out to customer service and Mark was great in getting me answers about my order and communication was great as well. Thank you for your time and understanding in my request.

Disappointing. I don’t know how well it works because the app doesn’t work. Frustrating to say the least.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would, brought before Christmas for my boyfriend, doesn't work at all so laggy and equipment wouldn't work. They reply but aren't alot of help, we have android phones so have been told to delete the app and reinstall but still didn't change anything. Now expected to pay the return price which is over £60 to only get back 110 so basically paid £60 for a product I won't have absolutely shocking company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This product was VERY disappointing.
I ordered this ahead of time to be proactive for Christmas and could not get a refund as it was past 30 days but had been open for one.

When I gave my husband this gift we tried multiple times to get it to work. It does not accurately calculate swings (misses them and would never be over 20-30 yards no matter what you do).

When dealing with customer service it took them multiple days to reach out to me but could send me a “review rating” on their service. By the time a full conversation was had it had been almost another month making my product over 60 days from being received.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
The service and product are not great and I wasted money on a gift that does not work.

Signed up for the membership. I've completed the initial swing evaluation. It has been over a week since completing and still have not had any feedback from a "Coach." In addtion to not receiving any coaching, I got the mat for Christmas and its already falling apart.
