I've used them many times over recent years, and I've never had any problems with deliveries. The quality of teas has also always been very good, and the selection is extremely wide.
Fantastic selections of tea. Very good prices. The invoice note had a lovely personalised note to my husband (Ivor) from Alistair, hope you enjoy the Assam. That makes a difference. I have now ordered 3 different teas.
Great selection of teas, speedy delivery, and I love getting a personal note in every order. Often I also get a free sample, which I really appreciate as it let's me explore new teas! Overall great products and great customer service, it's become my go-to for buying tea.
When looking to start my journey into loose leaf tea for the first time, What-Cha came up regularly in the online community as a good choice, particularly for beginners with their fantastic 'Intro to Tea' sample collection. They hold various teas from all over the world including Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, Nepal, China and other countries not known for their tea reputation. The prices are very good and shipping is free over £30 (UK) and very fast in the UK with an option for first class Royal Mail shipping for an additional £1. Alistair provides a hand-written message with each order which gives that feeling of going the extra mile in customer service, providing a more personal feel, as such everyone knows the man behind the business. I particularly like Alistair's website which goes in-depth on each tea and its history, map location and the percentage of money going back to the tea producer, again going that extra mile.
Very expensive for what it is, and i had to pay 20 € more in taxes
An excellent selection of teas, well-packaged and delivered quickly. A brilliant resource for anybody who enjoys fine teas.
I have ordered several times from What-Cha and the quality of tea and service has been amazing! I have a big tea collection and review teas at home. The Yunnan snail bud and amber gaba oolong are some of my favourites. Alistair is so lovely and the handwritten note is a lovely touch with free sample. I highly recommend!
Great tea with good level of detail, prompt service and he remembers your previous custom - highly recommended
A very interesting selection of wonderful teas from around the world. The handwritten notes and free extra tea included in packages by Alistair are very nice. Highly recommended for anyone who loves tea!
High Quality Products, well labelled and delivered quickly. The Personal note included is a very nice touch also!
What-Cha's teas are delicious, they have an interesting variety, and clearly care about what they do. The handwritten notes are always lovely, and my orders always arrive very rapidly (my last was ordered Saturday and arrived Monday!). My go-to place for tea.
I have no idea why the ratings are lowish with What-Cha tea. I've ordered numerous times and have loved everything about the teas.
My favourite is the sticky rice oolong. It's just a hug in a mug.
Every order comes with a hand written letter and a free tea sample as an extra bonus.
I have had the greatest experience using what cha.
The personal messages, hand written from the owner, Alistair, have always drawn me back to what cha.
An exceptional company with exceptional products, ran by exceptional people.
Long may you prosper - what cha -
