Just love the True Tea Co. service is always so quick and such a great selection of products and teas on the website. The Japan Sencha Fukujyu is such a delicious tea, have been going through the selection for a number of years and have finally found what works for my taste buds. I read online about the rubbish that goes into most popular tea bag brands: micro plastics, traces of pesticides, chlorine and glue. Sadly Yorkshire Tea is on the bad list, along with Tetley, PG Tips, Twinings etc. I got a few sample packs from True Tea and the taste of real tea blew my mind. Their strong English Breakfast tea has to be experienced to be believed. If it wasn't hot I would down it in one.

Have just placed my second order of 100 Lapsang Souchong teabags with the True Tea Co after nearly finishing the first 100. Am now delighted that Waitrose appears to have ceased stocking Lapsang teabags as that led me to the TTC. Their teabags are definitely better tasting and also biodegradable and they even look better.

A huge range of teas, with very helpful descriptions about each one, and delivery was very quick. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchases.

First came across True Tea Company on holiday in Harrogate in 2025 and we purchased some tea to bring home. Since then we have made a couple of online orders which have been dispatched and received quickly.

The teas are expensive compared to supermarkets but the quality is so much better.

Love this Yunnan tea. I was given this as a Christmas gift. I have since ordered more of this delicious tea.

I regularly order their Japanese Bancha organic green tea and it's always fresh and tastes great. I tried elsewhere once as this tea isn't cheap but it was dry and really not good. So I'd highly recommend ordering from True Tea.

Despite a slightly slow service, it still arrived by the end of the week.

There is a good selection(including a range of non-chinese green teas which are often hard to find), and most usually in stock.
Processing is quick and efficient.
