They are a Chinese firm that have no desire to provide a decent product. I would put a years wages that the 5 star reviews on here are fake.
I purchased trainers on 21st Feb, on 14th March was told they are still in transit so the order could not be cancelled and today (22nd March), I got an email to say they’ve been dispatched today.
Based on other reviews I have no confidence that when they eventually arrive, they will bear any resemblance to the advertised product.
Don’t go near this company with a barge pole.

Attention: return and refund process does not properly work. In my case, I was not able to receive a pair of shoes, so an automatic return from my post station nearby had to be organized, through the designated delivery supplier. Risk of transportation has always been with the company. I have asked for a refund, as soon as I have seen that the return was initiated. Since then: no refund, various e-mails back and forth, but being kept at arm's length because the delivery status is said to be under investigation. Looks like the retrun parcel might have gone lost.
After a few weeks now, I am getting the impression that the refund will never happen.

I ordered heated socks from this company. The right sock does not heat. After 10 seconds the battery shuts off. If I plug the same battery in the left sock, it works fine. The customer service is horrific!! They don't answer their phone. Email responses are very slow. They keep telling me this is normal, the battery is supposed to shut itself off after 10 seconds.
NO don't shop here. You will lose out
Avoid shopping here at all cost. It will most likely end badly. If you do get your order and its wrong don't expect a refund. Once again just move on to.a different site.
Worst customer service ever
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Horrible customer service . Purchased heated socks which although warm started falling apart . Also no secure way to keep from losing battery packs. Multiple attempts to contact customer service with no response so far .
Buyer Beware when purchasing from Weston
I can’t believe I missed this. I am meticulous about reading reviews before making a purchase, and had I found this site and these reviews earlier, I would never have bought from this company.
First, delivery takes an unreasonably long time. I also agree with the previous reviewer: Weston’s product sizing is completely inaccurate, and their return policy and process are just as crooked as this administration.
I purchased socks and liner gloves. The socks are extremely small and tight. I intentionally ordered a larger size because they are advertised as unisex, yet I can’t imagine a large adult male fitting into them. Worse, the socks never worked at all. The batteries appeared to charge, but the socks themselves never heated.
The gloves were just as poorly sized—but in the opposite direction. Despite ordering a medium, my hands were swimming in them. The excessive sizing makes it difficult to layer or double up, which defeats their intended purpose. The gloves themselves are not particularly impressive, but because they warm the back of my hands and I wear two pairs of gloves, I ultimately decided to keep them.
Given their return policy, it now makes sense that when my order finally arrived, the box looked as though it had already been opened or previously used. Their online return process pushes you toward an exchange or replacement—never a full refund. They require you to upload photos of the product in its original packaging (which is odd), and then state that depending on the condition of the return, they may not issue a refund and will simply discard the item.
So let me get this straight: you keep my money for a product that doesn’t work—one you likely knew was defective when it was shipped—discard it (or more likely resell it), and I don’t even get the broken product back that I paid for? And the public is expected to accept this?
That is not an option.

Would not give refund for under sized extra large heated coat took a month to recieve and two months later they charge my credit card for what i do not know never ordered anything from the first bad experience before. Ended up cancelling the credit card. The bank had questioned the first payment within the first few minutes of the purchase but i oked it. It seemed as they knew this company was crooked. Upon the second problem they quickly advised me to close the card. Rotten assholes

Delivery was ridiculously slow. Boots fit fine and look nice, but the company statement that they are made from a high-quality leather is far from accurate. They are not even poor quality leather - they are some man-made synthetic material. Not returning because I still like them, but will NEVER order from this place again.

Ordered shoes for a wedding, I saw the company was in California, but, 4 weeks later my shoes arrive from China- and they are terrible and very cheap- I asked to send them back and they said it would cost more to send them back so I should just keep them. I paid good money, and got screwed. They SUCK!
Weston SUCKs: Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I paid for “express shipping since company site says they’re out of California only to have to wait 3 weeks for shoes to get to me from China. Then - the shoes were too small (length and width) and they “offered” me a 30% refund and I had to pay for shipping. In addition, I had to send pictures and continue to answer emails only to get the less-than-satisfactory responses.

NIGHTMARE! Beware, they are NOT a New Zealand company and are the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Chinese made goods, terrible quality. I have emailed them for a refund (within the 30 day window), but all they do is send me automated emails back and it's still not resolved.

I ordered the heated glove liners for my husband for Christmas thinking they were actually gloves. On top of that , the medium was too small. My husband has slam hands and couldn’t get his hand in. Wellington Weston - well they are not in New Zealand at all - they are the worst online company I have ever dealt with - I ordered a dress, material apparently was linen + cotton - when dress arrived it is 100% polyester, and when I emailed Wellington Weston, all they do is send me automated emails back, - stay well clear of this company

On Jan. 17 2025 I ordered a pair of heated gloves order #161381 from Weston Store. They were delivered Feb.2,2025. they said medium size!! I have a medium hand. the gloves were way to small. I could not put them on my hand!!
I sent them back for a refund!! I got a gift card for 133.00. I then order a pair of heated glove liners for $31.80 on my visa card plus $127.15 gilt card.
The glove liners as the gloves were not available.

I sent them back for a full refund. I got another gift card for $127.15. and a refund to my visa card!!!
