Do no purchase clothes from this company!

The clothes I ordered from Weston and Finch finally arrived but were of a low quality material and were very shoddily made. The stitching on the skirt hem looks like it was done by a child, with threads sticking out and over stitching etc. The sizing is completely wrong for the North American market. I ordered a large and worried it would be too big (I am a size 10). What arrived would be too small for a young girl.
I am very disappointed with the clothes and the Seller.
I have given up trying to return the items as W&F makes it impossible to navigate the return process.

The product shown in the photo looks…

The product shown in the photo looks very different than what I received in the mail ( leather boots). You can see that those boots are made poorly, and I am not sure about the quality of the leather. It seems to me that the leather is far from being quality leather. This is definitely spam. Do not buy. Those are just made-in-China or somewhere else in Asia boots; you can get them much less expensively anywhere in the world. There is no brand mark anywhere on the shoe. Don't spend the money, this website and company are just another spam.

My order was nearly a month ago. I have received a few emails about the product being 'in transit' for 3 weeks.
The support team was very responsive, but still no delivery. I would never purchase anything from them again.

Horrible quality and horrible packaging!
Worst company ever ? Don’t waste your money ! I purchased two pairs of boots, they came in a cheap plastic bag rather than in a box , the boots were dented , and deformed from poor quality shipping.

Do not buy shoes here

Boots were very poor quality, despite being advertised as being made from 'fine leather.' Zipper broke AND sole separated but I couldn't get a refund because their 30-day return window was past. Wore them 5 times before they fell apart. Multiple emails with their support center, sent pics and order info and was offered a replacement of the same pair. I don't want another pair of junky boots. Then they just stopped replying. Don't buy here, complete waste of money.

This company appears to be a scam

This company appears to be a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes in December. They sent me an email on 4 February saying there was a delivery delay. That was the last I heard and nothing has arrived.
They have replied to this post with an email asking for personal details which is another red flag.
Updating this post as at 5 March. Still no delivery. The company asked me to contact them at support@westonfinch (.com) This email address does not exist.
Avoid!

No customer service and crappy products

I ordered a pair of boots in size 9. They came and they’re about a 7 1/2. The quality of the materials used in making the boots is very cheap. While there is an 800 number posted on their website, it goes to a recording and no one ever responds. It tells you to send an email to which they send you down a rabbit hole of constant mirage never addressing issue or providing information that you need to return the item. Because the item never arrived at the time that it was supposed to arrive, it came while I was out of the country and I did not get the item until I returned, which means that it went past the 30 days return Window. This company is a scam. Do not under any circumstances spend your money trying to do business with them. They spent all their money on photographing and making their items look good when in fact, they’re nothing but cheap junk.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE

The boots arrived in packages, not boxes. They look cheap and smell extremely high of chemicals. I initiated a return and it showed the return address screen for a moment. After following all the prompts for the return an email was generated but it did not contain the address for the return to be shipped to. AI Chat would not help and I was instructed to send an email to sales@ and they have not responded. There is no place on their website that gives this address. I do not appreciate businesses that make it extremely difficult to return inferior products.
