Stay Away!

I ordered a birthday gift for a friend on 3/14/2026. The company stated that a tracking number would be available after 7 days & that the company was located in Texas. No problem the birthday isn’t until 4/12 so I had plenty of time. Wrong! I found a way to track your order number on their website & it’s still in the “processing” phase. 23 days later & it hasn’t even shipped! From China nonetheless! I only discovered that little tid bit by seeing the reviews on here. I reached out & emailed the company a week ago & you guessed it, I still haven’t received any reply whatsoever! They took my $50+ immediately through PayPal though when I ordered but absolute crickets since! So I’m guessing I’ll get some piece of shit Temu garbage that looks nothing like what I ordered sometime in August or I’ll simply get nothing at all. Buyer beware, I should’ve looked into them before ordering! Hope this helps at least someone out there to stay away from this supposed company! Avoid Degeshop at all costs!!!

Here is an addition to my review of February 27 and January 13, 2026, for degeshop.com
Again the response of Degeshop's is bad. They answered here on the trustpilot review and promissed to send a new replacement.... the productis already in production. I tried to send an Email to them to get the tracking code. But since February no answer. So the only chance to get any answer is to write an other review how the status is.
I wrote to Deggeshop several times. They promised to deliver replacement. But never came.
After my first and second review, Deggeshop was willing to send me a new Huddie without a zipper. And what's worse, they're not even responding to my emails anymore. So much for getting good service via email.
Again I have to say...not thrustworthy. Stay away from this shop.

beautiful craftsmanship and good customer support

I recently purchased a Well Bell and was very satisfied with the craftsmanship. My younger sister loved it so much.
Customer service was decent, replies were a bit slow but they did get back to me. Shipping took longer than expected , even though I selected express delivery. Thankfully, they provided a 30% discount voucher to make up for it. Overall, a positive experience.

Better than expected

Took 3 weeks for the product to arrive. IT WAS DEFECTIVE. There was text on the back of a jersey - Los Angeles. However, the top half of all the letters were cut off. It looked ridiculous. Is there no quality control? In order to receive a refund, I have to pay to have the defective product reshipped, plus, there’s a restocking fee - for a defective item! There’s no option for returns for a defective item that doesn’t end up costing me money. STAY AWAY.

Deliberately misled about where they are based, poor product

Their site went to a great deal of effort to say that they were based in Texas. They are not - they are in China. I would not have purchased a product I needed by a certain deadline (Christmas) from them had I known. I received very little communication from them after placing the order and it took several attempts to contact them before I got shipping information. I then tried to cancel when I figured out what was going on but they would not let me. It took 5 weeks to arrive and then when it finally did (after Christmas) it was the wrong product! (And the quality was poor even on the wrong product). It was a total waste of time and money.
