Why can't I arrange a return

I ordered this product from Welzo but when it arrived, the item was not as advertised - different pack size , shape and style to that advertised on their website. I have been trying to arrange for a return and refund because the item is not what I ordered but I am finding the process very frustrating and they are not providing me with a return label/address etc. It all seems to be automated and I would really like to speak to somebody. I keep asking them for help and they don't respond. Really frustrating. I have scored the service poor because of the lack of response to my relatively simple request. Please Welzo will you help me to return the order.

My scooter was sent very quickly, and was well packaged. It is sturdy, and will do the j9b I need it for. We were greatly amused by the scooter opening and closing five times, until I got the hang of the control fob.

I received a downgrade
I ordered the Welzo RadiantPanel Pro, listed with a 90 × 60 cm coverage area, 300W power and model number RB-037. What arrived was an unbranded panel measuring 26 × 19 cm, roughly one-eleventh of the advertised coverage area.
The packaging is labelled as a different brand and model (YSM / DPD1002) with a rated input of DC 5V/2A. The unit itself has no model name, no manufacturer information and no CE/UKCA marking printed anywhere on it. None of this matches the product page.
When I contacted customer service, I was told this was an “upgraded equivalent” supplied through a fulfilment partner. A device with a fraction of the surface area and power draw, under a different brand and model, is not an upgrade. It is a different product, a much weaker one. I was then directed to a returns portal that would not let me open a return because the order still showed as “on its way”, and I was told return shipping would be at my expense, even though the error was not mine.
The product also arrived with a manual only in Chinese and no English instructions. I asked Welzo support to send me a manual in English (pdf), never got one.
I would advise anyone ordering from Welzo to check carefully that what is delivered matches the product page.
And this was my second attempt. Since the first time I ordered this panel and until I got one, all the mess took 5 months.

Impossible to cancel subscription to Welzo. Ai assistant didn’t work constant errors to disable subscription page and when I finally managed to speak to someone via e mail only they still failed to do as they told me in the e mail.
